Re: US Government torture and mind control victim since 1995, Darpa experimenting on me with new torture Technics.

                         I know this subject of Mind Control and Torture by United States of America though certain Government agencies is hard to handle but I will make it brief. I have tried to contact the office of

US Federal Prosecutor, I have spoken with his secretary who is very nice and took down my information. Yet his office nor did Federal Prosecutor John Durham contact me back. I gave them two tries the first once months ago and last was 2 weeks ago. It seems John is more worried about the people at Guatanamo Bay, then an American 46 year old citizen who was born in Dallas Texas,

raised in New York City and educated in Boston. I am writing to you both since I know your fields touch

on the base of Liberty and Justice. My goal here is not to be famous, I want the torture to stop and I also

want Justice done.

               I filed in 2003 a claim against the CIA, I did it myself with paperwork I received from the

Federal building. The amount was 40,000,000  for personal injury resulting from mond control, physical and psychological torture and radiation experiments conducted by the Central Intelligence Agency. My

claim was denied. Department of the Army, Office of the Judge Advocate General, Fort Meade, Maryland. Eastern U.S Torts Branch  03-351-T064. Seems I did not sue within two years of the finding of

an implant under my teeth (after bike accident I went to chiropractor who did an old fashion x-ray from the side of my skull you can see a dark box under my gums I asked the chiropractor what that was and he said he never say that before), and also did not sue the right agency. So Melvin G. Olmscheid, Colonel U.S. Army, Chief Tort Claims Division wrote to me rejection letter. Also you should be aware that after I left NY with almost two years of torture I wanted to change my name. When I contacted Dallas Hospital that

I was born in I got in the mail a birth Certificate and a death Certificate number.

                        Know the sad part. I was tortured while working for HBO Inc, as a receptionist for Management. To be brief, it included electric shocks small as first then so much larger that my entire

body convulsed. Sleep deprivation, feeling cold, body movement parts so would not sleep. Throat closing to could not breath(done with magnets, NYTimes did article after it happened). Being able to see

with eyes closed in full definition, Seeing a small tiger play on my pillow when just waking up with eyes open. I was told to come to Boca Raton since had some family and since the war was going to start.

                       So bought a Saab for 2,000 dollars and left. It seems when I got there even though I was

working for the Chairman of HBO Inc.and had a great resume in Architecture. I could not find a job, only did temp work. Finally my adopted parents forced me into Social Security disability at the age of 38. When I just arrived in Boca Raton, Leonard Tarr, the attorney that adopted me asked if I had ever scene

“The Conspiracy Theory” while waiting for a movie to start. I said no but my whole life is a conspiracy. Later that week I got the video and found all about the CIA’s MK-Ultra project and project Paper Clip. In later years as I was being tortured from 2003 till present they my adopted parents would say this: Leonard Tarr - stick with it, face your demons. My Mother Shelley Abraham would at first call your doctor and up your meds, finally she said lets call the people doing this to you “the force’, and finally her

husband my Step Father at one point told me “they will let up”. It was only after I saw Colin Ross video

on youtube did I become aware of the hidden problem and that all the doctor’s know, and just give you

meds. Even though I really never took the meds at all, since I always knew I was being used and trained.

                      To make this brief over the years the torture has always changed and I know believe it is

the Darpa agency since I see articles that relate to me. Such has having a digital buddy, basically a chip

in brain to help or hurt. or the advanced torture techniques they have been doing to me since Feb 2010. I also found that article, Its basically many voices and thoughts coming at you all at once. Kind of like if they wanted to use a supercomputer on your brain. Just like the one IBM just announced with Darpa.

Also being hit with non-lethal weapons - when your whole body feels tingly, the intense pricks till you

faint. Being a sex-slave, then a robot (by listening to voices for small things then everything) to being sub human. And this past year changing my sexuallity from gay to straight. You see what they do is blame you for doing something bad so they can torture you.

To end after I left NY and studied in Boston. It was a 2 year school at Boston University, College of Basic Studies. My Capstone which was given to me was Chemical and Biological Weapons.

After graduating I asked myself should we be an Architect my dream since 15 or join the CIA. Obviously

my mind was not my own even then. So I went for Architecture at the Boston Architectural Center. While

doing working in Harvard Square for architectects and going to school at night. During that time I followed was called “Open Architecture” which later became the internet. Also followed and visited through school MIT - Media lab. Doing high tech experiments on the internet and cyberspace. When Working for HBO Inc. I wanted to get involved with Multi-media, later the internet. By this time I realized I was bionic and that I had the internet within my body abling me to see with my eyes closed a beach anywhere in the world or a sheet of paper. This technology can be used for good or for bad.

I did not ask, for this experiments to be done to men. The torture over the past year and a half has made me cut ties with my adopted parents for not only do they not contact anyone for help the tell my nieces and nephews that I am Schizophrenic. I showed them articles but know that I know they are involved which I kind of did since 1997 when I left New York. Only one person on the list above has contacted my back with a phone call and email and then that person stopped during the Bush Administration. I really need some kind of contact. I am very well educated and won’t be taking any pills the FDA approves that's for sure. I do yoga and swim in ocean on the Fort Lauderdale beach and am very

sane. I know the truth, I am at peace, just all alone.

I Egypt Country that can vote for itself by Sir Jeremiah Kennedy.

You have 14 Billion dollars now lets build and Egypt that once was. Alexandria a library like

no other in the World. A library of history. I am sure the military establishment of Egypt would like to see it’s people be happy. I am sure that is there main goal judging by what I have heard from them. Coming to El- Barardie’s side saying will work with an Egyptian who was the head of United Nations Atomic committee. Through him I see a country where all can vote, and not just some.

       The Muslim of Brotherhood brought up from Egypt during the 80’s till present never once resorting to violence. The Brotherhood that did not go towards violence. I can only ask

here and now that what we now can not have “sit-in’s” or marching toward a square be diminished at this time. For it will only excel the violence and destruction that we have scene in other countries. I hope at this point its neighbor Turkey can find a democratic talk with Egyptian officials at this time.

At this time in Egypt it is not the time to show public force. It is a time to write, to petition for a government that can be elected by the people. Not a farce. The people are well aware of

false elections. So lets find ourselves to the elections and go from there. I think the people of Egypt and the World are waiting to see a free a fair election for the Egyptian people.

You dont have to walk to make a change. You can have meetings...you can build a government without Kios. Unlike in Syria where the people have spoken.

In the end it was Morsi that was drunk with power. He did step over many boundaries. A true leader would have took his time.

To preserve the cooperative, peaceful uses of space for the benefit of all humankind by permanently prohibiting the basing of weapons in space by the United States, and to require the President to take action to adopt and implement a world treaty banning space-based weapons.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the `Space Preservation Act of 2001'.

SEC. 2. REAFFIRMATION OF POLICY ON THE PRESERVATION OF PEACE IN SPACE.

Congress reaffirms the policy expressed in section 102(a) of the National Aeronautics and Space Act of 1958 (42 U.S.C. 2451(a)), stating that it `is the policy of the United States that activities in space should be devoted to peaceful purposes for the benefit of all mankind.'.

SEC. 3. PERMANENT BAN ON BASING OF WEAPONS IN SPACE.

The President shall--
(1) implement a permanent ban on space-based weapons of the United States and remove from space any existing space-based weapons of the United States; and
(2) immediately order the permanent termination of research and development, testing, manufacturing, production, and deployment of all space-based weapons of the United States and their components.

SEC. 4. WORLD AGREEMENT BANNING SPACE-BASED WEAPONS.

The President shall direct the United States representatives to the United Nations and other international organizations to immediately work toward negotiating, adopting, and implementing a world agreement banning space-based weapons.

SEC. 5. REPORT.

The President shall submit to Congress not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, and every 90 days thereafter, a report on--
(1) the implementation of the permanent ban on space-based weapons required by section 3; and
(2) progress toward negotiating, adopting, and implementing the agreement described in section 4.

SEC. 6. NON SPACE-BASED WEAPONS ACTIVITIES.

Nothing in this Act may be construed as prohibiting the use of funds for--
(1) space exploration;
(2) space research and development;
(3) testing, manufacturing, or production that is not related to space-based weapons or systems; or
(4) civil, commercial, or defense activities (including communications, navigation, surveillance, reconnaissance, early warning, or remote sensing) that are not related to space-based weapons or systems.

SEC. 7. DEFINITIONS.

In this Act:
(1) The term `space' means all space extending upward from an altitude greater than 60 kilometers above the surface of the earth and any celestial body in such space.
(2)(A) The terms `weapon' and `weapons system' mean a device capable of any of the following:
(i) Damaging or destroying an object (whether in outer space, in the atmosphere, or on earth) by--
(I) firing one or more projectiles to collide with that object;
(II) detonating one or more explosive devices in close proximity to that object;
(III) directing a source of energy (including molecular or atomic energy, subatomic particle beams, electromagnetic radiation, plasma, or extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation) against that object; or
(IV) any other unacknowledged or as yet undeveloped means.
(ii) Inflicting death or injury on, or damaging or destroying, a person (or the biological life, bodily health, mental health, or physical and economic well-being of a person)--
(I) through the use of any of the means described in clause (i) or subparagraph (B);
(II) through the use of land-based, sea-based, or space-based systems using radiation, electromagnetic, psychotronic, sonic, laser, or other energies directed at individual persons or targeted populations for the purpose of information war, mood management, or mind control of such persons or populations; or
(III) by expelling chemical or biological agents in the vicinity of a person.
(B) Such terms include exotic weapons systems such as--
(i) electronic, psychotronic, or information weapons;
(ii) chemtrails;
(iii) high altitude ultra low frequency weapons systems;
(iv) plasma, electromagnetic, sonic, or ultrasonic weapons;
(v) laser weapons systems;
(vi) strategic, theater, tactical, or extraterrestrial weapons; and
(vii) chemical, biological, environmental, climate, or tectonic weapons.
(C) The term `exotic weapons systems' includes weapons designed to damage space or natural ecosystems (such as the ionosphere and upper atmosphere) or climate, weather, and tectonic systems with the purpose of inducing damage or destruction upon a target population or region on earth or in space.

The Syrian War, the lack of strench from my allies upsets me by Sir Jeremiah Orion Kennedy

Let it be known that I and John McCain has called for a no fly zone. I called for no fly zone and a navel blockade. Now we have Chinese ships and Russian ships anchored in the Middle East. At this time the entire Middle East is at war. And for what because this administration would rather fight in Afghanistan for poppies. Once Again we are fighting the wrong war.

I hope if this new meeting in Geneva does take place we can find a way out of this horrific massacre. We now have Iran troops in Syria as well as Russian special forces. I hope the Syrian people can forgive the United States of America for there lack of force. But once again people and countries are making money on the Syrian War.
I can play music with my hands to create billions giving the American stock market a surge. But I won't. I did and that why its so high now. If America, Britian, France, and Nato as well as my Middle East friends can not take the step military to win this then we have to find peace.

Granted all Russian and Chinese goods should be banned within the Middle East. They are not your friends,
they are the ones making money, and trying to keep a small naval base.

As to the White House if you don't take my advice its hard for me to trust you. Which as we have scene you have done nothing to help in the short term or in the long term. Its a 2 headed snake and its Syria and Iran.

I feel also for Gaza. This is appalling that this Israeli adminstration has done everything to not find peace.
You live together in peace or you fight to no end. It sickens me. If you check my twitter account you will see I wanted a "Grand Plan". To take back the Middle East a small step in a long road. That did not happen.

I hope the Geneva meeting can find some peace. A Country does not get ruled by a family. During the Green revolution certain countries gave billions back to the people ...these are my friends. Royal families will exist but if the neglect there own people then the people will eventually win.

The Syrian Chemical Biological weapons dilema by Sir Jeremiah

A few months ago there was a video showing syrian rebels troops captured chemical rockets. The rebels
were sitting atop of the missle and launches. I would have copied image but it was not a pick but a video.
So the point is what if the rebels who stole the weapons used them in the so called "Sarin Attack".

Does Syria Assad regime have control over the countries Chemical and biological weapons. Weapons of mass destruction. The rebels could either use in this country Syria or more likely will sell as a profit to buy more needed weapons.

So the choice weather to go to war with Syria if they used them or not is clear. Does Syria have control over there own stockpile. Or will the rebels capture and sell to anyone in the World for money. Having these weapons of mass destruction on the market is the same reasoning behing stopping nuclear proliferation. These weapons should have never been built yet alone used. There is a reason behind stopping more countries from gaining control of such weapons.

To Assad hows 48 hours sound to leave

First I am going to say that I consider "Cluster bombs" to be Chemical weapons of which Assad has already used. Second we have watched for to much of what one man can do to a country and a people. Third I don't think it would be in the best interest of the Middle East if any country offerer him asylum.

If not for Russia this would have been over along time ago. So maybe you should stay on the Russian ship your hiding in and sail to Russia.

Form a group and get it over with already. Then send in the UN peacekeepers as we did in Bosnia. Dictators are not for the World today. When a people scream leave, one should run. Making believe it is not happening for the sack of a Russian military base or an Administration with ties to Moscow does not fly.

So what the American public does not know one of the reasons why the USA did not move militarily is that Moscow and China sent there fleet to Syria. In fact it was just a few days ago that Russia said it will have a permanent vessel patrol the Mediterranean Sea. Well I was for an navel blockade and Naval attack over a year ago. It is at this time that we act. You have no idea what kind of weapons this man has. Chem and biological weapons at the highest level. It is a know fact.

Using these weapons to me is the equivalent of using a nuclear bomb.

 The following is a letter or blog to the North Korean Government and it's new leader Kim Jong Un. The answer a few days later from the new leader was "First military".

To North Korea:
                        Your first step towards the international community was not a 3-tier rocket launch. Your first step N. Korea was telling your people the truth. The truth that the rocket launch failed, trying to bring a much needed satelite into space.

                        Your second step should be a complete mordatorium on all nuclear activities and missle launches to be presented to the United Nations in a timely fashion.
   
           Your third step is to dream. Dream of a prosperous N. Korea. In fact I would like to see N. Korea new leader become a Grand Architect a Master Planner on a scale larger then Dubai. N. Korea you will have so much investment money pouring in if you just begin to open up and change your way of thinking.

                        The cost for your country to place a satellite into space is far to great a burden for your country to take. So in the future like other countries do you pay France, Russia or China for that task of placing a satellite into orbit. As a sign of good faith I am offering a new satellite at no cost. I am sure we the international community can make that happen. Once you take the steps that are needed by the United Nations.

                        Now I will make this brief as it is 5 Am in Fort Laudedale and in a few hours the United Nations Security Council will be meeting on the subject of your latest rocket launch which as you no was against UN Securtiy Council resolutions. So no more bull shit rhetoric come to terms the position you are in and climb out of the whole that you are in. Be realistic, ask for help
where we can help.

The smartest thing a person or country for that matter can do  is to do is to ask for help. But in order for the international community to help you you must face reality. China, S. Korea and Japan are all there on the sidelines waiting with financial help that have already been established. Just face the truth, speak the truth. I myself was suppose to be an architect.
Instead I was tasked to follow over the past 10 years Iran and North Korea’s nuclear program. And to see the simple truth in World politics. To see the World in its true light. Actually its quite upsetting, but it is the truth. Never the less. Let see North Korea make the steps it needs to bloom.

New Letter to North Korea dated March 18th 2013

For the past years since 2003 and even to the Clinton Administration the United States of America has been trying to denuclearize the North Korean Peninsula. It was in 2003 that I was told to follow both the North Korean and Iran nuclear program as I moved from Boca Raton to Fort Lauderdale. It was during the Clinton Administration that I came on board the White House covertly. It was actually the Clinton Administration that almost came close to denuclearizing your nation North Korea with an offer of a free light water civil nuclear plant. You eventually turned down that offer.

Your lies and propaganda of the U.S.A. trying to strike N. Korea with Nuclear weapons is absurd. Your threats on the United States if acted upon will only lead to your own suicide. And here lies the problem if I was to strike you with nuclear weapons the fallout from those weapons will kill millions in neighboring countries. Japan, South Korea, China and other countries will have the effect from the radiation cloud the will come from the US attack if North Korea uses such a weapon on United States interests.

It seems delusion in dictators is be coming a trend or epidemic. First we had Qaddafi and his son's, then Syria's Assad today and for the past two years. Now the new leader of N. Korea, who I am sure as with Syria's Assad is getting bad advice from his administration of a another foreign country. My letter on April 13th 2012 to North Korea was 1st, 2nd and 3rd steps to be taken to bring you into the international community. Your reply personally Kim Jong Un was "First Military" back in April 2012.

I would begin to think about your people the North Koreans and try to understand what a "True Leader" is and how to move forward rather then backwards.

1. There are individuals in this country, victims of Psychotronic (or Mind Control, Electronic, Electromagnetic, Directed Energy, Neurological, Non-lethal) Weapons, who are being targeted unjustly or used as human subjects in experiments without their informed consent. Victims of mind/body control detail the most extreme and totalitarian violations of human rights in human history. Criminals may implant people with microchips or nanomaterials and place them under continuous surveillance. They monitor the human brain, continuously alter consciousness and behavior, directly assault and torture mind and bodies of the human subjects. 
These are some of the symptoms that targeted individuals may experience: 
a). Microwave hearing, torture with loud noise. 
b). Visual hallucinations, artificial dreams. 
c). Reading thoughts, retrieving memories. 
d). Manipulation of thoughts, will, emotions, desires and perceptions. 
e). Manipulation of human behavior: forced speech, involuntary body movements, transmission of specific commands into the subconscious, compulsory execution of these commands (i.e. the Manchurian Candidate effect). 
f). Debilitation of mental acuity, loss of memory. 
g). Sleep deprivation or uncontrollable sleep 
h). Cramps, spasms, excruciating artificial pain in any part of the body, manipulation of body systems, including heart attacks and other serious medical conditions. 
2. Some victims are subject to harassment and organized stalking in their communities, some victims receive false psychiatric diagnosis and in addition become victims of the systems, from which they are seeking help (medical institutions and law enforcement). 
3. The misuse of such brain and body manipulation technology directly undermines the Constitution and Criminal law of the United States. 
THEREFORE, your petitioners request that the Government would appoint an investigation in the United States to get to the bottom of these gross violations of human rights based upon the evidence collected by victims for many years. Goals of the investigation should include: 
1). End of misuse of the mind control technologies 
2). Compensation of involuntary human subjects for their damages
3). Immediate access to countermeasure protections and removal of any materials, implanted in involuntary human subjects, such as microchips or nanomaterials, that send signals to their mind and bodies 
4). People responsible should be exposed and brought to justice for these unspeakable crimes against humanity.

President Barak Obama vs Woodward and Republicans Sequester by SJOK

Re: the Woodward vs. Barak scandal. I have to side with Obama. The National Security of the United States will not be diminished, suggesting so is a political distraction. Granted Obama laid out the truth. But we have to go back to the Kernel of the real problem. The Republicans are the problem. Yes they are both gambling and not negotiating at all. But if I was Director to the White House for the National Security Agency i can only see fault with the republicans who are as backwards as the Taliban.
There are ways to save billions if not trillions in Defense, this is not the way. Giving 10 billion dollars to Pakistan in the past might not be the best diplomatic options for future diplomacy with PAK or any other Country. The American people need to understand that as of now the Republican party is not a friend of America. And I have been a republican since graduated High School under Reagan and still am. I think all Americans should vote every republican out of office in the next election and try and bring the United States of America back pre 2001. The Rich don't mind paying a little more in taxes they all said it. Not like France of course. Go back to algebra A+B=C.

The Iranian Nuclear Talks: Iran and the P5+1 (Permanent members of the United Nations Security Council plus Germany).

In Kazakhstan, the P5+1 will reiterate demands that Iran stop all 20 percent enrichment, shut its deeply buried facility at Fordow, and ship out of the country all its 20-percent enriched uranium stockpile, as well as accept measures that will make it forever impossible for Iran to go for a bomb, if it chose to do so. Though being touted as a "serious" new and updated offer, "the next proposal is remarkably close to the old one," and is "a way to test whether they are serious or not," says one member of the P5+1.

Iran says it rejects nuclear weapons as un-Islamic, but demands recognition of its right to peaceful nuclear technology – as a signatory of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty – and wants sanctions lifted that have helped cripple its economy.

On intelligence relating to the attack of Fordo nuclear plant. It seems that the IAEA did not visit this site after the so called sabotage explosion. If Iran wants to prove it did not occur then all it has to do is video tape the underground nuclear plant after the so called event.

The new centrifuges are known as IR-2, short for Iranian second generation.
The IAEA also said that Iran had started installation of 180 centrifuges of a new IR-2 model, which can enrich five times faster. Yet there has been no change in the past nine months of the number of centrifuges enriching to 20 percent at both Fordow and Natanz.
Testing the new centrifuges at the Natanz site began in early 2008, and reached an advanced stage at the pilot plant in 2011. One mystery is why Iran is installing these centrifuges at Natanz. It is just barely underground, and vulnerable to air attack. It is also the plant that was struck by a series of American and Israeli cyberattacks, part of a classified program called “Olympic Games” that resulted in a temporary setback.

Maybe because the Fordo plant is now in rubble.


Questions to ask oneself before the meetings:

1. Why allow your Iranian economy to deteriorate to the point of near collapse? Only because you would not go along with the United Nations Security Council Resolutions since 2005.

2. Why have you not given the UN IAEA complete access to sites and to scientists?

3. Why did you dismantle the site Parchin nuclear test facility, that housed a huge spherical shape structure to test making a nuclear bomb? Of which the IAEA has still not visited, only got satellite photos of your dismantle.

4. Why are you asking the United States of America for the right to peaceful nuclear technology – as a signatory of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty ?

5. Why not ask the United Nations Security Council or their nuclear group the International Atomic Energy Agency if you have that right to enrich nuclear material? Of which they told you to stop.

6. Why not have one on one talks with the United States of America?

7. Why would you expect to be rewarded for sanctions lifted if the sanctions seem to be working?

8. Why a few years ago when Turkey, France and Russia said they would transfer out your 20% uranium to be transformed for your medical research did you say no?


This is a quote from Iran: “You [Americans] are pointing the gun at Iran and say either negotiate or we will shoot,” Khamenei said, adding that Iran “will not be frightened by the threats.”

My Comment on the new Iranian Nuclear Talks: Once you sign the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty you have the right to a peaceful nuclear facility at the rate of no stronger than 6%. This will give you nuclear energy thereby able to sell you oil and make a profit.
It seems to me and the World that that was not good enough. That you wanted to do scientific research and that is fine also. But you closed off yourself from the IAEA you lied and you stalled. How can I the USA or any other Country trust you with breakout capacity. Your country is suffering only for the reason for your pursuit of a nuclear weapon. You make me and the World look like a foul if we are to believe you. I demand respect. I want all uranium of 20% out of Iran then we will start to lift sanctions and you get back your scientific nuclear material for your research.
You want a peaceful nuclear reactor then all you need is uranium at 5%.

At this point I would not allow you to increase that percentage only because you have shown me over the years since I have been following your Iran nuclear program that you are not to be trusted.
And I really do not think that the IAEA or the UN Security Council should allow you to go beyond the 5% or allow you to have the ability to enrich uranium to a higher level.

But I will leave it to the hands of Lady Ashton during the upcoming meetings. If she feels you deserve lifting of some sanctions to show face of goodwill to help for a meaningful stop-shut-and-ship-style deal then the United States of America and I Sir Jeremiah Orion Kennedy will agree. Nuclear bombs should have never been invented in the first place, trying to create one is going in the opposite direction that the World should be going in. We should be reducing our nuclear weapons not building more.


Iran and it’s arms exporting;

I.E.D. - Made in Iran imported to Iraq and Afghanistan. Shows that you export your weapons to fight wars that are not your war to fight. Killing and wounding my men and men of the coalition army. In fact with not the help of Iran the Iraq war would have been over much sooner.

Syria - Not only is Iran sending arms but men as well. Standing behind a dictator the inherited his title from his father. Only to see the entire country women and children turn to the street to “ask” for his resignation. Then watch as Assad army massacred his own people. To see Syria removed from the Arab League.
