You really should pay be for torture since 1996 it will make it so much easier.
I have notes from my years of research. Since CIA and DARPA have been experimenting
on me since 1996 I have done my home work. I expect 50 million dollars take free for torture since 1996. Tax Free. I won't stop.

Allowing a computer to interface with the human brain. Hence having a super computer IBM Watson work with your brain. It was like when DARPA and DOD did advanced torture
technics on me. The only way I could think so fast or have thoughts thrown at me if it was
from a super computer.
