When a Senator Cotton lies to CNN and the World. He said on air to Wolf on CNN, that the USA does not torture. Even though there is a USA law, that's states, The USA Government shall not take up cases. if the person is tortured within 2 years. I think Senator Cotton not only lies but should not be on My Time Warner CNN. I think this Senator should stop lying to the America public.  An out right lie, See the USA Law it says if you wrre tortured, by the USA then you need to sue within 2 years. And you need to find the right agency that tortured you. As in my Case. Kevin Tarr U.S. Torts Branch, Dept. of Army  03-351-T064. I sued in 2003, and was told I did not sue within two years of finding electronic implant in my gums under my teeth and I sued the wrong agency.
