you stated that the idea of having more..more nuclear
bombs is a way of showing strength. hence north korea

So unless I am mistake the President of Russia is asking
to expand nuclear weapons in order to find peace.

This may seam an oxy moron...cause if not for the Syrians to lose power of there WMD. then it is simple
