Accepting donations: I actually tried to give my plasma but since I live a gay lifestyle they would not accept me. I went to a food bank called The Poverello Center but since I don't have HIV Aids I was denied food. I can't work because the US government won't let me and will torture me if I don't follow the news. I tried to sue in 2003, but my case was denied since I did not sue within 2 years of torture and I sued the wrong agency. My Case against US Government for torture from 1996 till present. U.S Torts Branch ~ Department of the Army # 03-351-T064. Melvin Olmscheid, Colonel, U.S. Army Chief, Tort Claims Division. I sued the National Security Agency. It is obviously another agency. I will also need an attorney as I have been tortured 5 times in 2015 this year as of November 10, 2015.
