Putin usually moves after major events. As we have scene in the past. After Olympics to Ukraine and after UN to Syria last year. This year I had thought the ending of the Brazil Olmypics would bring further war from Russia. I had forgot about the United Nations Assembly. So during and after the United Nations in New York. Putin has decided a new plan of action.

The plan is already in effect. I expect troops landing any week now. Possible before Christmas Holidays.
