Before I go into the 60 minutes CBS program about the upcoming rocket launch, let me try to have an understanding of why you choose in Feburary 2012 to say we will but a stop to nuclear activites. I believe that you North Korea, your military leaders saw what was happening in Syria. For the past 5 years Syria was to become your new partner in building nuclear plants. Basically its one of your only source of cash. You see that Syria is crumbling there for your financial income going with Syria. Now that is just a hunch.

You promised to stop nuclear activites in exchange for needed food. Now lets me talk about what I say when I viewed 60 minutes on CBS. No cars or buses or any transportation other then the train. Then we say the people of North Korea, not farmers but everyday people in the fields growing food. What was missing was the machines that make it easy to farm. What is missing in my eye is gas and oil. Since you have chosen to go against many UN resolutions the sanctions have taken away your oil. Being in the death business in the long run does not pay off.  You have chosen since the Clinton Administration to defy the calls from the International Community and many United Nations Resolutions to stop all nuclear activites. President Clinton even offered to build for free mind you a civil nuclear reactor that would have helped your country start to grow a long time ago.

By opening up to the international community your country would have prospered Over the years your main financial income has been the helping of building Nuclear plants. Your to best sources of income one Burma and now Syria can no longer give you a pay check. I am sure this letter will not stop your rocket launch. I suggest that North Korea and its new leader dream about what will happen when you open to the International community. That vast sums of money will pour in from all over Asia to you. As a communist country you will decide how best to spend this new money.

Now on to the rocket launch and it is very simple. That amount of money that you spent on building this new rocket to launch a 300 pound satelite you probably got from China, you could have very well have asked China to launch it for you or even the Russians. To say you need this rocket for economic reasons does not make any sense at all. Especially if you say it is to track forest fires.

I am not going to say anything about the food aid, for I see my own people in the streets asking for food.
You need to think more simply. Get out of the nuclear business, for no one should be in this business in the first place, and start to think about people, your people. Korean people.

I know this subject of Mind Control and Torture by United States of America though certain Government agencies is hard to handle but I will make it brief. I have tried to contact the office of
US Federal Prosecutor, I have spoken with his secretary who is very nice and took down my information. Yet his office nor did Federal Prosecutor John Durham contact me back. I gave them two tries the first once months ago and last was 2 weeks ago. It seems John is more worried about the people at Guatanamo Bay, then an American 46 year old citizen who was born in Dallas Texas,
raised in New York City and educated in Boston. I am writing to you both since I know your fields touch
on the base of Liberty and Justice. My goal here is not to be famous, I want the torture to stop and I also
want Justice done.

I filed in 2003 a claim against the CIA, I did it myself with paperwork I received from the
Federal building. The amount was 40,000,000 for personal injury resulting from mond control, physical and psychological torture and radiation experiments conducted by the Central Intelligence Agency. My
claim was denied. Department of the Army, Office of the Judge Advocate General, Fort Meade, Maryland. Eastern U.S Torts Branch 03-351-T064. Seems I did not sue within two years of the finding of
an implant under my teeth (after bike accident I went to chiroproter who did an old fashion x-ray from the side of my skull you can see a dark box under my gums I asked the chirporotoer what that was and he said he never say that before), and also did not sue the right agency. So Melvin G. Olmscheid, Colonel U.S. Army, Chief Tort Claims Division wrote to me rejection letter. Also you should be aware that after I left NY with almost two years of torture I wanted to change my name. When I contacted Dallas Hospital that
I was born in I got in the mail a birth Certificate and a death Certificate number.

Know the sad part. I was tortured while working for HBO Inc, as a receptionist for Management. To be brief, it included electric shocks small as first then so much larger that my entire
body convulised. Sleep depreviation, feeling cold, body movement parts so would not sleep. Throat closing to could not breath(done with magnets, NYTimes did article after it happened). Being able to see
with eyes closed in full definition, Seeing a small tiger play on my pillow when just waking up with eyes open. I was told to come to Boca Raton since had some family and since the war was going to start.

So bought a Sabb for 2,000 dollars and left. It seems when I got there even though I was
working for the Chairman of HBO Inc.and had a great resume in Architecture. I could not find a job, only did temp work. Finally my adopted parents forced me into Social Security disablity at the age of 38. When I just arrived in Boca Raton, Leonard Tarr, the attorney that adopted me asked if I had ever scene
“The Conspiracy Theory” while waiting for a movie to start. I sad no but my whole life is a conspiracy. Later that week I got the video and found all about the CIA’s MK-Ultra project and project Paper Clip. In later years as I was being tortured from 2003 till present they my adopted parents would say this: Leonard Tarr - stick with it, face your deamons. My Mother Shelley Abraham would at first call your doctor and up your meds, finally she said lets call the people doing this to you “the force’, and finally her
husband my Step Father at one point told me “they will let up”. It was only after I saw Colin Ross video
on youtube did I become aware of the hidden problem and that all the doctor’s know, and just give you
meds. Even thought I really never took the meds at all, since I always new I was being used and trained.

To make this brief over the years the torture has always changed and I know believe it is
the Darpa agency since I see articles that relate to me. Such has having a digital buddy, basically a chip
in brain to help or hurt. or the advanced torture techinics they have been doing to me since Feb 2010. I also found that article, Its basically many voices and thoughts coming at you all at once. Kind of like if they wanted to use a super computer on your brain. Just like the one IBM just announced with Darpa.
Also being hit with non-leathal weapons - when your whole body feels tingles, the intense pricks till you
faint. Being a sex-slave, then a robot (by listening to voices for small things then everything) to being sub human. And this past year changing my sexuallity from gay to straight. You see what they do is blame you for doing something bad so they can torture you.

To end after I left NY and studied in Boston. It was a 2 year school at Boston University, College of Basic Studies. My Capstone which was given to me was Chemical and Biological Weapons.
After graduating I asked my self should we be an Architect my dream since 15 or join the CIA. Obviously
my mind was not my own even then. So I went for Architecture at the Boston Architectural Center. While
doing working in Harvard Square for architectects and going to school at night. During that time I followed was called “Open Architecture” which later became the internet. Also followed and visited through school MIT - Media lab. Doing high tech experiments on the internet and cyperspace. When Working for HBO Inc. I wanted to get involved with Multi-media, later the internet. By this time I realized I was bionic and that I had the internet within my body abling me to see with my eyes closed a beach any where in the world or a sheet of paper. This technology can be used for good or for bad.

I did not ask, for this experiments to be done to men. The torture over the past year and a half has made me cut ties with my adopted parents for not only do they not contact anyone for help the tell my nieces and newphews that I am Shizophenic. I showed them articles but know that I know they are involved which I kind of did since 1997 when I left New York. Only one person on the list above has contacted my back with a phone call and email and then that person stoped during the Bush Adminstration. I really need some kind of contact. I am very well educated and won’t be taking any pills the FDA appoves thats for sure. I do yoga and swim in ocean on the Fort Lauderdale beach and am very
sane. I know the truth, I am at peace, just all alone.

The Russian proposal on Syria new referendum by SJOK

Assad sets Feb 26th for referendum on Constitution allowing the Pres. Leader to have two consecutive terms of 7 years. There by a 14 year reign on Syria. The long term policy can be considered dictatorship like or in some respects allows for change. Whether Assad will be able to take the position as leader is to be cleared up. If there will be new Presidential elections of will Assad just take office minus what he as already resided.
Will need more details on the upcoming vote? Who sits in office while this new referendum takes place allowing for a President to have a term in office. For Russia has said that we are not in the business of regime changing that it is the Syrian problem.

When the simple true answer is in the Russian military base for its Navy. The only Naval base within the Mediterranean Sea. Since you are aftaid to lose this base you decided to allow a monster to be born killing
over 5,000 Syrian. So today we have a vote which does little to stem the problem the violence within Syria.
The International community has a right to know more about this upcoming vote and who the leader will be
after the vote is cast.

To Assad I believe I hope The Muslim Brotherhood can make an influence in Egypt and the women of Iran in a Western Muslim country can force an image of what an Arab country can be and become. I hope the new tyrants that where brought apon us can see the public forming in the streets. The house wives and the students who came out during the uprising in Egypt. Not for oil but for a way a life. A life of rights a life without the degrading regime one must live under. Before we can move forward we need to move backwards to see if we accomplished anything at all during this new revolution of the Arab World. Lets go beyond Afganistan and no girls allowed in schools. That was the reason why I got involved in the first place. I am asking that those in leadership roles say enough is enough....take the high road...We are asking not for once self or for glory but for the Muslim and Arab people. Well after time without broadcasting Assad faces the music and says will stay and fight till the Syrian people tell him it's time to go. That's according to President Bashar al-Assad. It seems he is telling his people that unknown terrorist forces are behind the recent killings of Syrian people, not his Army and police that are on the street. ..."The people will tell me when to go", as if the 10 of thousands on the street was not enough. And after watching the fall of Egypt and Libya. It is your Army your police Assad let's make things perfectly clear. You think by distorting what is really happening is going to take the Lime-light off your decisions over the past 10 months......And recent attacks against the Arab League monitors, the first of there kind. I studied at College of basic studies in Boston Univercity a 2 year school. From there I studied Architecture at the Boston Architectural Center and worked during the day at Benjamin Thompson and Associates the AIA that year who built Miami Bayside and Fanuiel Hall and Master plan of Grand Central Station. My major was Master Planning. From there I moved on to NY and Worked at HBO Inc. after I used my funds in I had when 18 to purchase Warner Communitcations. I started at Reception desk and made my way through Time Warner International Broadcasting to get a A full time position as receptionist to management of HBO Inc. Filling in to President and then Chairman of the Board in 1996. I left In 1997 and moved to Boca Raton, Fl I have been in Lakeridge, Fort Lauderdale for 8 years. Swim in Pool at Hall of Fame, and ocean when permits. Do yoga and read classic and current novels. wish I had a garden since last year I did, and also one in Boston in a State Park. O well. Over the past few months I have scene Country's fall and leaders dismissed or sometimes bow outs with Grace showing true leadership. I scene the protest which start this World People Revolution come to my land after years of looking away out problems. A small movement has started. Allow it was always there Europeans have been protesting for years. That said the World has changed. We see shift, in a World movement that needs to take place in America as Well. To Russia's comment regarding a strike on Iran Nuclear program by Sir Jeremiah Kennedy

The Russian Foreign Minister Sergei made this comment November 7th 2011 on the new rhetoric arising regarding the Iranian Nuclear Program. You see today the official 6 month report on the state of the Iran nuclear program is released from the IAEA, the International Atomic Energy Agency. For over 8 years I have been following both the North Korean Nuclear Program as well as Iran's, It seems that the new report actually ties a Russian Nuclear scientist in helping the Iranians for over 5 years from his confessions. Helping Iran in developing a bomb element with the nuclear project. To create a nuclear bomb. So over the years of Russia and China stonewalling the United Nations Security Council on Iran Sanctions it seems they actually had people helping them on there path to creating a bomb. Which by the way we say publically were all trying to reduce. Here is the brief comment I have received from Lavrov: "This would be a very serious mistake fraught with unpredictable consequences," said Mr Lavrov, addressing reporters in Moscow. "Military intervention only leads to a multiple rise in casualties and human suffering." There in the statement - "only leads to multiple rise in casualties and human sufffering". That is the basic definition of a nuclear bomb although total destruction could be considered another one. Over the past 8 years Iran has come to meeting with the United Nations with nothing but excuses and jokes of need new outlook, and we want full analysis of the entire Middle East or my favorite is the fire there Nuclear chief twice mind you and say lets start negotations from the begining. Its time the World wakes up to hearing from Russia and China, let the talks continue. "We will make process though diplomatic talks with North Korea and Iran. Let wait till Iran and North Korea comes back to the table" Its seems this rhetoric coming from Russia and China is just about talking and not about doing and seems that both Russia and China are lieing to the Security Council and for resolutions they have signed only to slowing help and foster the Russia and the Chinese plan for allowing both North Korea and Iran to have a Nuclear Weapon. On another note: both Russia and China said no to heavy sanctions of Syria. Seems that after the Arab minister meeting last week. The Syrian are saying no to there follow Arabs and are becoming more of a Russian style dictatorship then ever before. Should Syria best friend Iran get a nuclear weapon? Can't we all see in Black and White who the 'Terror Regimes are in the Middle East. Iran and Syria and can't we also who supports these Terror Regimes - Russia and China. Why because communist Russia does not want an Arab Spring and I am sure will do what ever to stop it from spreading.
