I know this subject of Mind Control and Torture by United States of America though certain Government agencies is hard to handle but I will make it brief. I have tried to contact the office of US Federal Prosecutor, I have spoken with his secretary who is very nice and took down my information. Yet his office nor did Federal Prosecutor John Durham contact me back. I gave them two tries the first once months ago and last was 2 weeks ago. It seems John is more worried about the people at Guatanamo Bay, then an American 46 year old citizen who was born in Dallas Texas, raised in New York City and educated in Boston. I am writing to you both since I know your fields touch on the base of Liberty and Justice. My goal here is not to be famous, I want the torture to stop and I also want Justice done. >......................... I filed in 2003 a claim against the CIA, I did it myself with paperwork I received from the Federal building. The amount was 40,000,000 for personal injury resulting from mond control, physical and psychological torture and radiation experiments conducted by the Central Intelligence Agency. My claim was denied. Department of the Army, Office of the Judge Advocate General, Fort Meade, Maryland. Eastern U.S Torts Branch 03-351-T064. Seems I did not sue within two years of the finding of an implant under my teeth (after bike accident I went to chiroproter who did an old fashion x-ray from the side of my skull you can see a dark box under my gums I asked the chirporotoer what that was and he said he never say that before), and also did not sue the right agency. So Melvin G. Olmscheid, Colonel U.S. Army, Chief Tort Claims Division wrote to me rejection letter. Also you should be aware that after I left NY with almost two years of torture I wanted to change my name. When I contacted Dallas Hospital that I was born in I got in the mail a birth Certificate and a death Certificate number. >......................... Know the sad part. I was tortured while working for HBO Inc, as a receptionist for Management. To be brief, it included electric shocks small as first then so much larger that my entire body convulised. Sleep depreviation, feeling cold, body movement parts so would not sleep. Throat closing to could not breath(done with magnets, NYTimes did article after it happened). Being able to see with eyes closed in full definition, Seeing a small tiger play on my pillow when just waking up with eyes open. I was told to come to Boca Raton since had some family and since the war was going to start. >..................... So bought a Sabb for 2,000 dollars and left. It seems when I got there even though I was working for the Chairman of HBO Inc.and had a great resume in Architecture. I could not find a job, only did temp work. Finally my adopted parents forced me into Social Security disablity at the age of 38. When I just arrived in Boca Raton, Leonard Tarr, the attorney that adopted me asked if I had ever scene “The Conspiracy Theory” while waiting for a movie to start. I sad no but my whole life is a conspiracy. Later that week I got the video and found all about the CIA’s MK-Ultra project and project Paper Clip. In later years as I was being tortured from 2003 till present they my adopted parents would say this: Leonard Tarr - stick with it, face your deamons. My Mother Shelley Abraham would at first call your doctor and up your meds, finally she said lets call the people doing this to you “the force’, and finally her husband my Step Father at one point told me “they will let up”. It was only after I saw Colin Ross video on youtube did I become aware of the hidden problem and that all the doctor’s know, and just give you meds. Even thought I really never took the meds at all, since I always new I was being used and trained. >.................... To make this brief over the years the torture has always changed and I know believe it is the Darpa agency since I see articles that I read relate to me and since its always a new form of torture.. Such has having a digital buddy, basically a chip in brain to help or hurt. or the advanced torture techinics they have been doing to me since Feb 2010. I also found that article, Its basically many voices and thoughts coming at you all at once. Kind of like if they wanted to use a super computer on your brain. Just like the one IBM just announced with Darpa. Also being hit with non-leathal weapons - when your whole body feels tingles, the intense pricks till you faint. Being a sex-slave, then a robot (by listening to voices for small things then everything) to being sub human. And this past year changing my sexuallity from gay to straight. You see what they do is blame you for doing something bad so they can torture you. >.................... To end after I left NY and studied in Boston. It was a 2 year school at Boston University, College of Basic Studies. My Capstone which was given to me was Chemical and Biological Weapons. After graduating I asked my self should we be an Architect my dream since 15 or join the CIA. Obviously my mind was not my own even then. So I went for Architecture at the Boston Architectural Center. While doing working in Harvard Square for architectects and going to school at night. During that time I followed was called “Open Architecture” which later became the internet. Also followed and visited through school MIT - Media lab. Doing high tech experiments on the internet and cyperspace. When Working for HBO Inc. I wanted to get involved with Multi-media, later the internet. By this time I realized I was bionic and that I had the internet within my body abling me to see with my eyes closed a beach any where in the world or a sheet of paper. This technology can be used for good or for bad. >................... I did not ask, for this experiments to be done to men. The torture over the past year and a half has made me cut ties with my adopted parents for not only do they not contact anyone for help the tell my nieces and newphews that I am Shizophenic. I showed them articles but know that I know they are involved which I kind of did since 1997 when I left New York. Only one person on the list above has contacted my back with a phone call and email and then that person stoped during the Bush Adminstration. I really need some kind of contact. I am very well educated and won’t be taking any pills the FDA appoves thats for sure. I do yoga and swim in ocean on the Fort Lauderdale beach and am very sane. The DAPHA agency has been torturing me since 1996. My name is Kevin Tarr, while working at HBO Inc in NY in 1997 I was told to move to Boca to help start a war. Why computer tracking will become brainwashing by Sir Jeremiah

When your home dish television is in Sync with your computer. You will soon be watching ad's
for Louie Vitton at the Westin. If that's your taste. When studying architecture in Boston, i found
a magazine in Kendall Square of "Open Architecture" what it involved was the future internet. I later
did research on the internet finding some of the companies that built the Super Highway or cyberspace.

Now today we have the Tracking of what you visited. The things people like to view on the internet.
By the way the thought of being able to communicate with the World via the internet was to allow the
thought process to gain momentum and for ideas to flow freely. In the some States this is blocked.

Back to the commercials. You do realise that at one point Tv was free. over the air broadcast. Now
people have to pay a  fee or a subscribtion. Watching commercials or even listening to Tv commercials
is total consumption of one's brain. Its best to mute. So what will happen when the Tv becomes you and has all the things that you like. Just a thought. To allow companies to track your moves of what you like so that you see there ad's is down right disgusting. My sister wrote a book on privacy a few years back. Now I can see the problem.

 In July of 2003. I tried to sue the U.S. government for the torture i recieved. Eastern U.S. torts branch # 03-351-T064. Department of the Army. U.S. Army claims service. --Your claim is denied. The Federal Tort Claims (FTCA). Title 28 of the United States code, section 2671 requires that you file an administrative claim with the agency that you allege has committed a wrong against you. Your claim does not allege that the Nationa Securtiy Agency has committed any unauthorized experimentation on you. you must file with the correct federal agency (CIA) within two years of the date of the discovery of the cause of your damages (i.e. discovering the black box.)

You see during my stay in Boca Raton, I was hit by a car while riding my bike. When I visited the chiropracter he took x-rays of my head. In the side profile in the gums beneath the teeth was a rectangle object. The doctor said he never say anything like that before. 


Besides the Mind Control there is physical torture, done through non-leathal weapons.
Also since I was Adopted my Family is benefiting through contracts from the Defense Department though an import/export company that sells metal for the military, based in Lighthouse Point.

Breast cancer, lung cancer, aluminum free deodorant and why Obama cant take 300 toxic chemicals from cigarretts by Sir Jeremiah O. Kennedy

First we need to stop Breast Cancer month for the very simple reason that you don't need money
if you know the cause of breast cancer. Aluminum is in every brand of deodorant sold in the US. Except first "Toms of Maine" natural products or new Arm & Hammer essentials natural deodorant.

You should be aware also that every shampoo sold in the USA and found at all walgreens have a chemical that make you dumb. I have to go to an Aveda salon or LO'cctaine to by soap and shampoo, because the products you buy at CVS are all toxic and will kill you.

The power of the Internet is changing this if not slowly. We see this with new products like Method, or clear and free. We see how the 1% percent Johnson and Johnson goes on TV to announce that his company is changing and taking out toxic chemicals. We see this with "Aluminum Free" deodorant. We see this with new products from "Neutragena" that are Sulfate free and less chemicals that cause cancer. So there is hope, just don't be poor and shop and the 99 cent store.

Why Barak Obama failed as President of the United States of America. Marlboro and Camel cigarettes all
contain over 300 chemicals the men on Capital hill found out in the 1990's. You see there was a congressional study and off cause all the had to do was not pay the millions who sued the Cig companies. No the companies got off with spending 2 billion dollars on Ad's. So basically the cig industry gave the media industry money.
Any President that sits in the Oval office and does nothing about the 300 chemicals that kill not only the smoker but the man next to them. I dont think we need resin, ammonia, stricnid in cigs. So call the White House and tell them to take out the chemicals.

Imagine, Barak Obama said he would go after the "Special Interest" and the bad lobbyists. The ones who really control this Country. Tell Phillip Morris we dont need 300 chemicals in cigs. Tell Obama the USA could save billions in future healthcare. Healthcare that worked out well. We all pay more and get less.
So no gays in military, no closing of Gimto, no pulling out of the 2 wars. Well you have a few months lets
see if you could stop the future deaths of Americans.

Days after Pres. Assad gives citizenship to minority group, his men fired live ammunition at innocent protestors and death toll at this time is not certain. Internet is down and media told to leave. All though the pres. has offered reforms and did grant citzenship the people of Syria turned out on Sunday to protest and chant.

Today President Assad order the oil port surrounded by Military.
By the end of the day Syrian Soldiers were ambushed with one dead.



Libya -
After Libyan Army almost took the rebel city: Ajdabiya, Nato on Saturday and Sunday got it back in the hands of the libyan rebels. Chris Stevens at State to meet with Libyan opposition.

Protest still continue in Egypt. And now public calling for Murbarak to be tried in court of law.

 - After months since Murbarek left. We still see pieces of the old regime still there and not allowing the quick transformation of political rights for the Egyptian people.

On Sunday the GCC meets in Saudia Arabia
GCC - Gulf Cooperation Council meet on Yemen with the hope of getting the Yemen President to leave quickly. The group was led by Saudia Arabia who is making a fortune with gas prices.

Few days ago Hamas has ordered all factions in Gaza to cease fire.
