WINDOW OPENS ON SECRET CAMP WITHIN GUANTANAMO

GUANTANAMO BAY NAVAL BASE, Cuba (AP) -- Attorney James Connell has visited his client inside the secret Guantanamo prison complex known as Camp 7 only once, taken in a van with covered windows on a circuitous trek to disguise the route on the scrub brush-and-cactus covered military base.
Connell is allowed to say virtually nothing about what he saw in the secret camp where the most notorious terror suspects in U.S. custody are held except that it is unlike any detention facility he's encountered.
"It's much more isolating than any other facility that I have known," the lawyer says. "I've done cases from the Virginia death row and Texas death row and these pretrial conditions are much more isolating."
The Camp 7 prison unit is so shrouded in secrecy that its location on the U.S. base in Cuba is classified and officials refuse to discuss it. Now, two separate but related events are forcing it into the limelight.
In Washington, the Senate Intelligence Committeevoted on April 3 to declassify a portion of a review of the U.S. detention and interrogation program in the aftermath of the Sept. 11, 2001, al-Qaida attack. The report, the release of which is opposed by the CIA, is expected to be sharply critical of the treatment of prisoners, including some now held in Camp 7.
And on Monday, a judge in Guantanamo will open a hearing into the sanity of one of those prisoners, Ramzi Binalshibh, whose courtroom outbursts about alleged mistreatment in Camp 7 have halted the already bogged-down effort to try five men in the Sept. 11 attacks, all of whom are held there.
Both issues are deeply intertwined. Binalshibh has accused the government of making noises and vibrations inside Camp 7 to deliberately keep him awake, reminiscent of the intentional sleep deprivation, along with other forms of abuse, that his lawyers say he endured at the hands of the CIA from the time he was captured in Pakistan in September 2002 to when he was brought to Guantanamo four years later.
Military officials deny doing anything intentional to disrupt his sleep. Prosecutors say his accusations are delusions, though they still believe he is mentally competent to stand trial. His lawyers say he is competent, but are not convinced officials have adequately investigated his complaints.
His mental state is somewhat murky. Court records show Binalshibh has been treated while in Guantanamo with medications that are used forbipolar disorder and schizophrenia, but he did not participate in a court-ordered mental evaluation in January.
The commander of Camp 7 is expected to testify at the hearing as are three military psychiatrists who have examined Binalshibh, according to a witness list disclosed Sunday. All will testify under pseudonyms at a proceeding likely to last until at least Tuesday.
The judge, Army Col. James Pohl, could decide to sever Binalshibh from the case against his co-defendants, all of whom are being tried by military commission on charges that include terrorism and murder and face the death penalty if convicted.
Another possibility is that his inability to sleep and his fevered outbursts in court, which prompted the judge to order him removed from the courtroom in December, are a result of post-traumatic stress from his treatment at secret CIA interrogation centers known as black sites, said Anne Fitzgerald, director of the research and crisis response program for Amnesty International.
"The problem is that because everything is done in secret and there is so little opportunity for even the lawyers to have access to their clients it's difficult for anybody to figure out what is actually happening," said Fitzgerald, who is at the base to observe the sanity board proceedings.
Camp 7 has never been part of the scripted tours of Guantanamo offered to journalists and there are no published photos. It's not even mentioned on a military media handout about the detention center, which otherwise notes that the military "conducts safe, humane, legal and transparent care and custody of detainees."
Military officials, while insisting that they adhere to international human rights standards, refuse to describe Camp 7. "I'm not even functionally allowed to discuss the place," said Army Lt. Col. Todd Breasseale, a Pentagon spokesman.
A few facts have come out through government reports and court testimony. It apparently holds 15 of the 154 prisoners at Guantanamo. Those held in Camp 7 include Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, who has portrayed himself as the mastermind of the Sept. 11 attack and is on trial with Binalshibh. Also held there is a Saudi prisoner charged with orchestrating the deadly bombing of the USS Cole in 2000.
The men are apparently held in solid-walled cells - as opposed to the cage-like structures used soon after the U.S. began using Guantanamo as a prison in 2002 - that are intended to limit their ability to communicate with each other, and they are allowed up to four hours per day of exercise, according to a Government Accountability Office report.
The secret camp also is apparently falling apart.
Marine Gen. John F. Kelly, commander of Miami-based Southern Command, told Congress that Camp 7 has become "increasingly unsustainable due to drainage and foundation issues" and needs to be replaced. But officials balked at the proposed $49 million price tag and the military scrapped the idea for a replacement and is making repairs out of existing funds, said Army Col. Greg Julian, a spokesman for Southern Command, which oversees Guantanamo.
James Harrington, a lawyer for Binalshibh, said he does not believe problems with the foundation - which Julian described as "heaving and shifting" - are responsible for the vibrations and sounds that his client says keep him awake.
The judge granted all five defense teams a request to visit Camp 7 one time for up to 12 hours to inspect conditions. Because of an ongoing dispute over the rules for handling classified evidence however, only Connell, who represents defendant Ammar al-Baluchi, has been inside. He went in August, riding in the van with windows covered in heavy-duty paper and a makeshift interior barrier so he could not see the driver.
It is not clear whether one visit closely monitored by prison authorities would reveal the cause of Binalshibh's distress. His previous military lawyers, Navy Cmdr. Suzanne Lachelier and Lt. Richard Federico, were allowed inside Camp 7 in November 2008 for about two hours. With Connell, they are the only other defense lawyers known to have ever been inside the facility. They could not determine a cause for his complaints.
The secrecy and security, Lachelier recalls, seemed excessive then and she remains skeptical. "There's no way to explain the security measures that they use from the perspective of the safety of the guards or the safety of the detainees, beyond that they must be hiding something."

Why America is dump due to psy ops, by Sir Jeremiah Kennedy
The reason America does not want to go to another war is psy ops. Look at the jet the disappeared. Lets watch CNN and MSNBC talk shows. American's at a whole are clueless. They don't see Syria, Iran with Nuclear weapons. We used to see the news... Churchill and Stalin and a conference...today we see Weapons of mass distraction. Obama its not that the American people are not ready to go to war. It's that ABC, CNN and fox now have talk shows not the news. Not what is really happening...It's like a magician look here don't look to the more important point. So the psy ops to spend 15 min on a missing plane and 4 minutes on the International community losing Ukraine...just like when Obama lost the Red line on Chemical weapons...and the next story was the Navy Yard shooting. The same day or days. And then we think about the navy yard and not the fact that we lost a red line. and by the way the tattoos and beards are all psy ops. Really the media call it tribal.. but it's psy ops. So your all getting tattoos and beards because your county told you to. Maybe if CNN and NBC do not start reporting the actual news we can boycott. It's called Time Warner...Warner Brothers, Time, Sport Illustrated. NBC, MSBC, Universal studios....does the American people want to no the true reason...or when we go to the next war...will you be surprised....So my point is ...when the government says America is not ready for another war....its because there not watching the facts...and only a missing plan...or snow or floods or cold.....Not what is actually happening. So thing twice NBC Universal and Time Warner and Fox...20 th century...America is watching. They know where there bread is buttered. The can
ban your movies, your TV channels. I only hope that Snowden will come out with the truth about The United States of America and the use of Mind Control. All News networks know the truth, there just under some kind of gag order. Eventually the truth will come out. Why our children are killing. Why men place women under restraints for years. Why we some how seem some how more evil then Russia. Just like the Beatles said 'Evilotion".
I am writing this now for the Ukraine people, who wanted a way to the West. They were given free trade, and 15 billion dollars in relief..but now as we see the tides have turned. A Country a people once again. They wanted Freedom. They wanted a better life. Just like The Syrian's, the Egyptians, the Libyans. The people have spoken.
Maybe Richard Holbrooke is with me as my digital buddy. Maybe we should as America find the strength to fight a war no one wants to go to, but has to. It's the Ukraine gas and oil pipe lines not the people by Sir Jeremiah Orion Kennedy
If it was not for Russian's veto at the United Nations on North Korea Nuclear weapons program, N. Korea would not have 6 nuclear bombs. They want Iran to have a Nuclear weapon, its only been 10 years of talks with Moscow on the Iran subject.With four veto's from Moscow on a resolution that is clearly a violation of UN Law on Nuclear Proliferation.
Even Putin said in his NYTimes oped. To have a nuclear bomb is a deterrent.There by we see his logic. As Moscow again declares many veto's at the United Nations Security Council regarding Iran's illegal pursuit towards achieving a Nuclear Weapon.
Using the excuse of needing Russia for help with Syria in getting Chemical and Biological weapons out or another excuse to need Moscow with the help on the Iran Nuclear Issue is like a blind man walking with a walker. He can feel his movements but can he see whats around him. This Week Iran publicly said that it now longer needs to go for building a nuclear bomb. Iran said it was to much of a hassle that going the route of Chemical and Biological Weapons was not only cheaper and easier. Now in my book Nuclear Weapons and Chemical and Biological Weapons are in the same boat. Meaning they are Arms on the same plane. Any use of any of the weapons fall into the same category of weapons of mass destruction. So the Iran Nuclear Talks drag on since 2003 with the P-5+1, Permanent members of the security Council, plus Germany for the past 10 year. All on one subject talking the option of Iran creating a nuclear weapon. They have fought tooth and nail over the years with games like. Taking the lead Nuclear negotiator out of the talks and saying well know we have to start from scratch. Or linking the entire Middle East as a nuclear free zone, knowing the Israel has nuclear weapons. Although Israel does not flaunt it and does not threaten its neighbors but uses this weapon for the shear fact if not having it, Israel would be in dire straits.
A major point on Putin's Nytimes op-ed why countries should have nuclear weapons as a deterrent. In 2007 Israel destroyed Syria's Nuclear Weapons program made with the help of the North Koreans. Today is 2014 in those 7 years how far would Syria have come to getting a nuclear bomb. Where would that Nuclear material or Nuclear Weapon be today?. Now that Syria no longer has control over its own Country. What would have happened if Israel did not take the strategic move to rid Syria of Nuclear Weapons. Which by the Way the IAEA has said was a Nuclear Weapons plant that was destroyed thanks to our friends Israel. I can only Imagine who would have those arms today.
So lets not make believe that we need a Country like Russia that is acting more like the U.S.S.R. They have there own agenda and that agenda is Russia. They do not care about nuclear non-proliferation, Human Rights, or for that matter there own people the Russians as we see this 5 year old on a tricycle in Moscow during anti-government protests.
It would seem that fear is in Moscow, Fear the Countries like Egypt, Syria and the Ukraine will some how become democratic through a popular movement. The people on the street are not terrorists. Those thousands that gathered in Egypt's Square and though out Egypt, Those millions that marched to Damascus and neighboring provinces. Those were the people. The Youth, the Women and Children. That child on the tricycle is not a terrorist. But yet Moscow fears him.
That man standing on a pole is not a terrorist, but a Syrian but yet Moscow fears him. Fear makes people do stupid things it makes them not think logically. Russia wanted to keep it's only base in the Mediterranean Sea during the Syrian protests that started out peaceful. Just marching on the streets of the Syrian People in order to oust a dictator the son of a dictator. Syrian was saying we had enough of the "Assad" regime. So the Youth, Women and Children all of Syria including the elderly went to the streets. During the first few weeks Moscow decided to send in the Special Forces Spatnaz to help the dictatorship Assad with his people problem in order to keep there Naval Base. Of course they used the excuse of doing it to save the Russian's that wore located in Syria and to evacuate there Naval Base. That was a lie. During the first few weeks after the Russian forces arrived there was suppose to be a peace talk and cease fire. Of course Syria denied ever agreeing to any cease fire although it was reported in the press that it did. Instead we had a massacre. Not on "Terrorists" but on the Syrian people that were marching peacefully. Russian special forces had arrived and within a week the massacre started. There was even a report that a Syrian Talk ran over a young boy on a bike. What followed after the Massacre were more massacre's by the Syrian Army. Then Russia decides to send helicopters and helicopter parts to Syria. Then we had the Syrian opposition born. And the rest is history. 25,000 then 50,000 now well over 100,000 Syrian dead. With not only Syrian Army fighting but Iran troops and arms as well.
But lets get back to how I feel that Moscow or someone is under the impression that we need Russia.
Under direct influence Moscow directed Ukraine to try the Prime Minister of The Ukraine under false accusations of corruption since she was leaning towards the West as her people wanted her to. She was elected by the people of Ukraine, but some how under "Fear" Moscow has this poor Lady thrown in prison under false pretenses. She goes on a hunger strike and nearly dies. What conditions she was under I can only imagine. Then 2 weeks ago she is freed after the revolution by the people of Ukraine. After years in false imprisonment for negotiating with the west. Then three months ago the acting Prime Minister of Ukraine decides not to have "Free Trade" with the West or Europe.Also under the deal a 15 billion dollar loan.. It is what the people of Ukraine wanted yet the Prime Minister under orders from Russia says "NO". Then the Ukrainian people take to the streets in peaceful protests until the government decides to do it the Russian way and kills 80 unarmed protesters.
Moscow are these the same people you are saving the Ukraine's who you threatened to cut off the gas during the winter months. Say No to gas to feed there heaters during the Winter months. Is that who you are saving. Or you just afraid with fear.
As of a last week the Russian special forces - spatnatz arrived in the Crimea. When I heard of this that night at 12:30pm EST. I knew that Ukraine's Crimea will fall within three days. I knew that Putin will take the entire Crimea.
So know we have them guarding there Naval ports, but also surrounding Ukraine Army posts. Telling those inside to defect to the pro-Russian side. Even showing the base chocolates and cigarettes as if this was 1944 during World War Two. To say you are going to the Crimea to protect your Naval Base is one thing. To say your going to protect those Ukraine's who speak Russian is another. I speak English should I protect every English speaking country. But to surround a Ukraine Army base and asking them to defect shows intentions of something more then rhetoric which by the way you suck at. I can read between your lies so easy.
I am not going to give advice since the United States of America did not take my advice on Syria and we all know how that turned out. By the way saying that Russia is going to help take out the Chemical and Biological weapons which was my thesis in college out of Syria is not the golden egg. As we just heard Iran say we shall build Chemical and Biological weapons instead for it is cheaper and easier. And on the logic that a aircraft can fly into a country with these weapons does not say much for Moscow's help in removing them from the dictator of Syria Assad's Country.
So I will leave Ukraine, Syria and Iran to the mandarins in power.

After the Oscar's by Sir Jeremiah Kennedy
went to Starbucks at 2:30 so I would have my caffeine in order to stay up and watch the Oscars.
I am usually in bed my 8 pm for
other reasons, mostly sadness about being sheltered and being alone. But I had my Tea and a
double espresso in order to stay up.
The Oscars had 2 tributes. One for hero's and one for Super Hero's. both tributes were not tied to
a single film but for the American
films that celebrated these two features. It brought me great joy for the Academy of Motion Pictures to find the time on there night
to celebrate those American's who have given there personal life to be a hero or maybe even a super hero. We are America. We can
become hero's. We can see the good over the evil. It's not easy in fact it hard when you learn you can actually fly in your dreams or
see the thousand points of light when your eyes your open and looking at the sky. It is not easy to say I will not have my life turned
upside down, in order for you to become a super hero. I Was in New York Central Park one night on a cruise for gay men. And when
coming out on 72 nd street up the steps I say Christopher Reeve, who I saw many times at HBO. But at the time he was died. It was
him he jogged past me. I hope his was erased and is still alive. He was 2 feet away from my face. You see as the receptionist at HBO
Inc. many stars came through I was I saw Christopher come threw many times as well as Allec Baldwin and other stars visiting the
offices of Peggy Seigal who just happened to have offices within the HBO on 42 street building. Then After I meet Princess Diana an
d others including Pope John Paul II and President Clinton. Then I new in 1995- 1997 after meeting all those people that maybe
America needed me. Then During the Bosnia War...Mission Impossible came out. And Tom Cruise said 5 times "Toast" while in the CiA
Vaults thats I new it was real. I cried at that point in the film. And I knew that I was not just an American, but something more. I hope
this helps my new friend I am not writing this for my self but for you or those who think that they maybe a "Super Hero". T.

Moscow are these the same people you are saving the Ukraine's who you threatened to cut off the gas during the winter months. Say No to gas to feed there heaters during the Winter months. Is that who you are saving. Or you just afraid with fear.
As of a last week the Russian special forces - spatnatz arrived in the Crimea. When I heard of this that night at 12:30pm EST. I knew that Ukraine's Crimea will fall within three days. I knew that Putin will take the entire Crimea.
So know we have them guarding there Naval ports, but also surrounding Ukraine Army posts. Telling those inside to defect to the pro-Russian side. Even showing the base chocolates and cigarettes as if this was 1944 during World War Two. To say you are going to the Crimea to protect your Naval Base is one thing. To say your going to protect those Ukraine's who speak Russian is another. I speak English should I protect every English speaking country. But to surround a Ukraine Army base and asking them to defect shows intentions of something more then rhetoric which by the way you suck at. I can read between your lies so easy.
I am not going to give advice since the United States of America did not take my advice on Syria and we all know how that turned out. By the way saying that Russia is going to help take out the Chemical and Biological weapons which was my thesis in college out of Syria is not the golden egg. As we just heard Iran say we shall build Chemical and Biological weapons instead for it is cheaper and easier. And on the logic that a aircraft can fly into a country with these weapons does not say much for Moscow's help in removing them from the dictator of Syria Assad's Country.

Even Putin said in his NYTimes oped. To have a nuclear bomb is a deterrent.There by we see his logic. As Moscow again declares many veto's at the United Nations Security Council regarding Iran's illegal pursuit towards achieving a Nuclear Weapon.
Using the excuse of needing Russia for help with Syria in getting Chemical and Biological weapons out or another excuse to need Moscow with the help on the Iran Nuclear Issue is like a blind man walking with a walker. He can feel his movements but can he see whats around him. This Week Iran publicly said that it now longer needs to go for building a nuclear bomb. Iran said it was to much of a hassle that going the route of Chemical and Biological Weapons was not only cheaper and easier. Now in my book Nuclear Weapons and Chemical and Biological Weapons are in the same boat. Meaning they are Arms on the same plane. Any use of any of the weapons fall into the same category of weapons of mass destruction. So the Iran Nuclear Talks drag on since 2003 with the P-5+1, Permanent members of the security Council, plus Germany for the past 10 year. All on one subject talking the option of Iran creating a nuclear weapon. They have fought tooth and nail over the years with games like. Taking the lead Nuclear negotiator out of the talks and saying well know we have to start from scratch. Or linking the entire Middle East as a nuclear free zone, knowing the Israel has nuclear weapons. Although Israel does not flaunt it and does not threaten its neighbors but uses this weapon for the shear fact if not having it, Israel would be in dire straits.
A major point on Putin's Nytimes op-ed why countries should have nuclear weapons as a deterrent. In 2007 Israel destroyed Syria's Nuclear Weapons program made with the help of the North Koreans. Today is 2014 in those 7 years how far would Syria have come to getting a nuclear bomb. Where would that Nuclear material or Nuclear Weapon be today?. Now that Syria no longer has control over its own Country. What would have happened if Israel did not take the strategic move to rid Syria of Nuclear Weapons. Which by the Way the IAEA has said was a Nuclear Weapons plant that was destroyed thanks to our friends Israel. I can only Imagine who would have those arms today.
So lets not make believe that we need a Country like Russia that is acting more like the U.S.S.R. They have there own agenda and that agenda is Russia. They do not care about nuclear non-proliferation, Human Rights, or for that matter there own people the Russians as we see this 5 year old on a tricycle in Moscow during anti-government protests.
It would seem that fear is in Moscow, Fear the Countries like Egypt, Syria and the Ukraine will some how become democratic through a popular movement. The people on the street are not terrorists. Those thousands that gathered in Egypt's Square and though out Egypt, Those millions that marched to Damascus and neighboring provinces. Those were the people. The Youth, the Women and Children. That child on the tricycle is not a terrorist. But yet Moscow fears him.
That man standing on a pole is not a terrorist, but a Syrian but yet Moscow fears him. Fear makes people do stupid things it makes them not think logically. Russia wanted to keep it's only base in the Mediterranean Sea during the Syrian protests that started out peaceful. Just marching on the streets of the Syrian People in order to oust a dictator the son of a dictator. Syrian was saying we had enough of the "Assad" regime. So the Youth, Women and Children all of Syria including the elderly went to the streets. During the first few weeks Moscow decided to send in the Special Forces Spatnaz to help the dictatorship Assad with his people problem in order to keep there Naval Base. Of course they used the excuse of doing it to save the Russian's that wore located in Syria and to evacuate there Naval Base. That was a lie. During the first few weeks after the Russian forces arrived there was suppose to be a peace talk and cease fire. Of course Syria denied ever agreeing to any cease fire although it was reported in the press that it did. Instead we had a massacre. Not on "Terrorists" but on the Syrian people that were marching peacefully. Russian special forces had arrived and within a week the massacre started. There was even a report that a Syrian Talk ran over a young boy on a bike. What followed after the Massacre were more massacre's by the Syrian Army. Then Russia decides to send helicopters and helicopter parts to Syria. Then we had the Syrian opposition born. And the rest is history. 25,000 then 50,000 now well over 100,000 Syrian dead. With not only Syrian Army fighting but Iran troops and arms as well.
But lets get back to how I feel that Moscow or someone is under the impression that we need Russia.
Under direct influence Moscow directed Ukraine to try the Prime Minister of The Ukraine under false accusations of corruption since she was leaning towards the West as her people wanted her to. She was elected by the people of Ukraine, but some how under "Fear" Moscow has this poor Lady thrown in prison under false pretenses. She goes on a hunger strike and nearly dies. What conditions she was under I can only imagine. Then 2 weeks ago she is freed after the revolution by the people of Ukraine. After years in false imprisonment for negotiating with the west. Occupy Wall Street suggestions by Sir Jeremiah Kennedy
This was written back during Occupy Wall Street protests.
Action must be taken from the criminals who stole all money. that fact there was an
Oscar and an academy award granted in 2010. It would seem evident to see the clues
regarding the largest criminal act of all time. This is not a class warfare. The people
should not harm or accuse a rich person at a restaurant. Those people the rich and
the very rich are not to Blame. But we must pay the criminals responsible. And although
it was a small group the planned and activated this heist. I believe that anyone who
"Official money from the United States Government should pay a SIr Tax. Or a one time
amount would be an formed later. A list of companies would be paid off in there debt.
----------------------A list of other changes need to occur. One the Food Drug and Administration -
The FDA shouid be changed from the growned up. Not another agency smaller to over look the
FDA. There policy should be scientific and not research on the American people. Just listen
to the pharmacy ad's on tv and you can receive blindness and even death. Now please tell me
why cause I want to understand correctly. The United States of America get apples from China
you are telling me that we ship them over an ocean and into our part. Any the FDA knows about
this. In fact after Dr. OZ said about apples and china. The FDA of news reported that yes they
have cheaper fertilizer so there for they use Strychnine. Now on the recent announcement that yes
blue red and green coloring is not good and causes ADD in kids. So your saying is that all the gums,
candy, cakes are all bad since they carry Red-1 and blue-5. And you still approve of this. ADD in kids
would good for the Doctors and hospitals as well as the parmituscial . Now on to cigarettes that contain
not one toxic but 300 and we know or congress knows this since the Clinton Administration. And no
one not Congress or news media does anything about it. I wonder how they made a chemical that
can kill the person next to you and your unborn child. So I expect a congressional inquiry into the FDA.
------------------------2nd if you attend 2 years Military of Civilian training you get 2 years of free College.
I would like 2 for four years of college. -------------3rd we need to see the problem as not a company problem
but as an organized wall street. Companies do will they should be rewarded.------------------------4th legalize cannabis
at all levels. U got land u can grow. Trafficking over a certain amount we be against the law as
special stores need to be created.......................7th Soaps and shampoo made in the United States need
to meet European standards. Less chemical, more healthy alternatives. Also cleaning products should not
a danger zone. Weather u breath or touch. So Proctor and Gamble and Johnson and Johnson back to labs.
............8TH the internet should be open not just what Google or another company wants you to see and not
see..............9th Wall street banks and financial institutes. They have to cover there own asses no more bail-outs.
They also have to rework the 6 billion the "Wall Street" used to pay off in negotiating with the Obama Administration. He
basically gave them what they wanted. With no consumer or people rules that would effect there arrangement.
If you wanted low rates, and certain protections you did not get it. Now fees are going up. This Re-due of the
Regulatory and financial must be redone. In the People and American citizens favor. You want to hold my money
then your going to have to earn it not the other way around...........10th Foundations that give 10% to the actual
cause has to end. I applied for a job once at a non profit, and she said they only give a 10 percent to the cause.

convicted if found guilty. A few years back the esteemed Senator from Alaska blatanly took money. We can't
have the money in the pockets of the Senator. I believe a court of 7 men should be established that investigates
any illegalities' from any Senator or Congressman
employee.. That said bonuses will be distributed
above the normal salary for time served after 8 years. Bases on the performance of the Special Committee of 7.
This will establish a senator who can stay clean for many terms and also benefiting by putting so much time
into the position...........12TH all teachers from Kindergarten and up should have a master degree. We could start
as from graded 6-12 and then move down later. Again as in the senator plan, the teaches receive a bonus or there
usual pension..........State prisons should be run by the County that that said prison is in. I am sure a small government
can run a small or mid size prision. Any private company that actually benefits from any person being locked up makes
it unconstitutional. The longer you serve in Florida prisons the more money the have coming in. I also don't think California prisons
need to run and use non-lethal weapons that was made for the military used on me and know being used on bad inmates. American
who if served time should be given a second chance. That said if you want to understand what happened over the past 15 years read
Robert Ludlum' the Aquitaine Progression. He died in May 2001 just as Pearl Harbor was opening.

My 2014 bans by Sir Jeremiah Kennedy and my personal news "Blackout"
I am now lifting two bans.
1. On ABC Inc. Since there Duck Dynasty got of with poor ratings and has declined since. I feel for now we should go after the sponsors instead. Besides General Hospital has now introduced a new gay character and he is very handsome. Bans do work.
1 a. On another ABC Inc. note since 2014 you can no longer watch ABC shows on ABC online unless you have a connection to a cable or TV provider. And I have noticed that my local Miami station WPLGH has stopped broadcasting the free HDTV signals at certain times of the day. When local 10 news ABC is on the TV broadcasts in HDTV with my very expensive HDTV antenna, but when something else is on like General Hospital or at nights and weekends there is no signal. I bet ABC Inc. is asking local stations to cut the free HDTV signals at certain times. So poor people like myself who cant afford cable and have an HDTV
antenna upgrade and purchase cable or satellite. Or maybe ABC is going to buy a cable or satellite provider. All I know is that at 5pm local news comes on then at 7pm no signal. FCC should look into this matter.
2. The Winter Olympics at Sochi 2014. I for one will not watch. But I am lifting the ban at of self pity for the worst Olympics in recent years. The reason why on opening night that the crowd roared when the Russian team entered is that the entire stadium was Russian's. It was not a World Olympics with fans spanning the globe to visit. It was Russian volunteers.
The fact that the site and venue's where not nearly complete shows why you should never
buy Russian goods. I feel bad for the athletes and reporters who had to go. I hope no one dies from that water. Seems NBC anchor host Bob Costas now has two bad eyes.
2 a. I believe that due to Russians stance on gay people that maybe all gay bars and clubs should now stop selling Russian Vodka "Smirnoff" and switch to "Skol" a Polish Vodka or "Absolute" from Sweden.
3. Until India reverses there new outlaw of gay and lesbian people. My Ban on Tata Motors the real owners of Jaguar and Land Rover well remain in place. I will not ride in one not that I can afford to even my a scooter. So America why not buy the new Corvette or Cadillac.
How India as a Country can ban Homosexuality is a shame. Going backwards not forward.
During the late 80's Nike had a problem with the abuse of there workers in China. I did not
buy any Nike products for 10 years. Until the came out with Nike Air in mid 2000. Which is made in Vietnam.
Also regarding my news "Blackout". It was not only for the reason of that I am not being paid. It has to do with the Obama Administration not doing the right thing and a Congress and a Senate that only cares about the lobbyist and there next election. Personally I would have done a tactical nuclear strike on Iran back in 2007. Now I hear rhetoric coming from Iran the Shiite' state that says they will strike the United States of America from within. Well I spoke with Iran by just talking out loud a few days later they said the may reconstruct the Ark facility to stem Western concerns. I will not say what I said, but it was not nice. Now we have there ships sailing toward the USA Eastern Coast. I hope for Cuba they do not port there, since I heard that the EU is now trying to get closer to Cuba and open up more. Also I called early on in the Syrian War for a Grand Plan. Involving many Middle Eastern States with a no fly zone, control over the boarders and a complete attack. The Obama Administration did not listen to that advice and we say 50,000 then 100,000 die. I just could not take it anymore.
It's like Obama say's one thing and does the opposite. I could not watch the news and watch the mistakes and the horror before my eyes. Now millions of Americans are without unemployment benefits, so they will soon be homeless and become thieves. And Obama care is helping with the unemployment rate. Business are letting people go or only hiring part time to avoid the "Monster" called Obama Care. And Businesses are all for illegal Immigration since they will now have proper low paying illegals. Even though Walmart has had illegals working for them for many years. I do not agree with Immigration reform. We will be establishing a new class of citizens or "Serfs" or like India's Untouchables. We should take the CIA Pot seeds from Afghanistan and have mexico become the largest grower of marijuana. There by giving mexico a Hugh new industry that they would make so much money the would want to come to America. Hemp, Cotton with no more holes. Medical Marijuana for new cures not just Glaucoma. But for depression. Paper industry is not the Constitution of these United States written on Hemp. Oil we can make gasoline for Marijuana. Who cares the the CIA makes billions distributing pot. Or the fact the we house in our jails and pay to house and feed them giving them health care for selling pot. We all are paying for the crime and the jail time.
I have no other choice but to vote Republican in order to stop this new socialist health plan called "Obama Care". I do not trust Hillary or Biden to dismantle it. I agree with Biden that we need to start building a new infrastructure. High Speed Trains, Underground Meg Trains,
better ports an new housing communities. Maybe Bill Gates and Warren Buffet can turn New York City "Governor's Island" into a new metropolis. Instead of spending billions on other nations we can build here. Start Bonds for building.
I agree with The Prime Minister of Israel, that the fact the Iran is now sending "War" ships toward the Eastern coast of the United States, and along with there recent rhetoric of striking
the United States of America from within does not look well on the nuclear disarming talks.
I believe that the Iran election of voting a moderate with a soft spoken rhetoric towards the West was a rouse.
So for my country and my allies I will be reading and following World Events.
On another note. When in 1996 while I was in New York standing on Queens Blvd looking toward the Country. Since I was under heavy torture for a year and a half with sleep deprivation, and electrical shocks so much that my arms and legs would shack. I stood on the blvd and said " This is my Country how could you do this to me, you have my sympathies". I had no idea that America would be struck from within. Starting with World Com, Enron to September 11th to the banks going under. All planed out. Why? Maybe it was to stop the China economy from growing so much. Maybe it was about oil. Maybe the Hurricanes and Earth Quakes was to show the establishment of a new space based weapon.
Or to who that through CIA mind control we can turn our kids into killers. Maybe it was so the one percent Rich and Royal Families can take back the money. There buy not allowing a middle class person to own there own home and now has to rent from the 1% who own the buildings.
For what ever reason America did it to itself. With the help of your local Congressman and Senator. When you go to vote. Vote who is the one not in office at present.
