First let me say that I hope we can find alternatives to any misunderstanding opposing views that China

and the United States of America find themselves in at the present time. In fact I am special ordering a

Koi fish for my garden that I will call China. The Koi will be a pale gold and to me will be the hope that

someday the ties between the USA and China will come to be friends as when Marco Polo visited such a

time ago.



If you read the NYTimes you will see the ties that bind China and US relations. Issues such as dealing with

Iran and North Korea, the Financial crisis, currency disputes, Internet freedom, Tibet, Human rights, Arms

trafficking to the Sudan for Oil. And the stupid climate change which I do commend your leadership role, I will

give you that one.



So China where do we go from here? Our differences that lie between us and the leadership role China is playing

on the World stage via it's vote on the United Nation's Security Council. For the past 7 years I have been

following the Iran and North Korean nuclear problem. Today I am reading an incredible book by David Rothkopf

called Running the World, about the US National Security Council any way in it it describes the 1973 Nuclear Weapons

Employment plan - a plan of what to do if striked with a Nuclear Weapon, and something along the lines of 'Assured

destruction'. And then I understand why my Job is so important and how so important that Both Russia and the United

States reduce there own weapons a toxic stain on humanity. Why when telling with the topic of nuclear proliferation

when should be leading the world to that goal and not hiding about more talks with Iran, or let North Korea sell its

Arms to the World while still producing and formulating even better ways to build a nuclear bomb. These large issues

need to be dealt with for us to find friendship in our relationship. It is not US China relations that is the problem more

China role as a leader in a new global world.



I am having a hard time understanding why China since it has already over the past 5 years voted for three United

Nations sanctions against Iran for not stopping its nuclear enrichment. When Iran says a year ago and again today

that they will not move "one iota" on nuclear suspension. And in the past and today is stating that the nuclear issue

is over and done with. And does not need to have talks with the World Powers again. Like a baby. Although the Iranian

regime (if you want to call it that) is still having talks with the IAEA.



And today's China position on Iran is more dialogue. Granted I believe in talking unlike Bush 2Nd. I believe in talking to my

enemies in order to find a conclusion. In fact I believe anyone can talk to anyone. No mater what a religion or a country

or another world leader has got anything to say about. ie...Tibet, and Burma.



Iran's answer for the three years has been we will not move "one Iota" on the nuclear issue, and now the simple act

of transferring material from one country to another country has become complicated due to Iran's specific terms on

the amount of material to be transferred and the timing. I do have my little grey cells working today, and I and everyone

knows its a lie. - To me it is not an answer to the question of getting the material out and yet another stalling ta-tic by Iran.

On this point I have Bernard's the FM from France also concurs on this topic.



And now when the United Nations again will be looking in the spring to intensify the non-proliferation treaty. Is it not time

to show the World that China stands for a non nuclear weapons World or do that want all the countries in the Middle East

to process weapons grade material. Just Asking. So my point on issues such as Internet Freedom, and Tibet, Taiwan our

Black friends in the Sudan it really is not the most important issue right now. Right now that issue is stopping Iran and everyone

else from making nuclear bombs and stopping the spread of the technology in the future.



And now we have China debating in the United Nations if Iran should still be punished for not ad hearing to the three previous

sanctions over the past five years. It is my hope that China might work with the rest of the Security Council and the common understanding that no good can come from a nuclear Iran.

A more democratic yet showing heritage of great families and monarchs. Understanding the differences

between regions and Countries. A strong ASEAN that establishes labor laws and sets up insitutions to

fight human traffiking and underage prositution. A region where we no longer rape Burma's land of the

natural resources to provide arms to the military Junta that gets its arms from North Korea. The heaven

for weapons of death. North Korea's major commity. While there people starve and are under mass brian

wash.



I see an Asia of the past meeting the present Asia. One where the differences are celebrated. I will look to

my new koi - a golden yellow Koi called China. To find hope that someday we have a New Asia.

Lets go forward from the darkness and into the light. Out of the shadows and up

the stair to enlightment. Today the US State department said this on Information

freedom and the internet.

"The United States of America thinks that the free flow of information is something

that is a right that all citizens have under the declaration of human rights".

G. Washington wrote this: in his farwell address on vision of the future for the USA on the

international stage.

"For a free, enlightment and at no distant period, a great Nation, to give mankind the too

novel example of a People always guided by exalted justice and benevolence...Can it be that

Providence has not connected the permanent felicity with its virtue?".

In Science one learns from one scientist and builds upon that and he in turn builds something new.

When you take away that knowledge you are altering the human development. All ready the

internet has changed how we live. We the spread of freedom people can say that if you use

deteorant with alumium you will get alhizmers or breast cancer. Hence now deteorant that natural

and alum free. Or the fact that Clorox and ammonia are not the best cleaning products since they

are toxic. Or the benefits of smoking pot and using natural products for pharmastial purposes instead

of pills that can cause death.

So let the freedom ring!

To Live in an environment that does not hide the truth or throws a blanket over part of a
Country. China took the Western part of the Country and shut down internet, tele, texts for
a few months to keep everything quite and suppressed. Why?

Now there are many levels to this so I will be blunt and be open about some things

like freedom of speech. And I won't go into detail how being bonic is using the internet.

I will how ever have to ask China what they are hiding from there public. That there mind

needs to be filtered.



When I studied Architecture in Boston. I followed the Media lab at MIT. It was about

Interactive television and multi media. Today we have an internet that was born not that

many years ago. Lets say 1995. Even though the US Army had it running in the 50's.



I do agree that Porn should be blocked as well as Al Qeada training web sites. And that is

a problem. But to deny your own history and even today is missing something. The technology

will come out eventually that has no walls.

For a country to try and shield its people from the truth to me is so silly. Considering

eventually with technology moving the way it is now it will be impossible to try and

stop a twitter within the Chinese boarder.

Being bionic I should know a little something about technology. The government of China

recently had published the google was leaving due to poor leadership to me again is

very funny. Eventually the truth gets out, unless your a really good liar.

To the head at google. I think it is time to go after China's record on human rights and stance

at the security council. Not to mention there selling arms to Sudan for oil. Let's not let B. Obama

talk for the rest of the world when he could not meet with the Dali Lama since he was going to China

in a few weeks. Let the truth get out.

North Korea did not elaborate on what “holy war” might entail, but said it would involve “all our revolutionary military power and all Korean compatriots both in the North and the South and abroad.”

                 - Sanctions "an expression of distrust"

                 - Six party talks & Peace treaty formally ending 1950-53 Korean War will work in     "parallel".

Will talk, only if sanctions are lifted. The topic would be a final peace treaty to the Korea war and simultaneously 

denuclearizing the Korean peninsula. - The Korean principle stance as of Thursday 14Th 2010. 

Problem is we were talking, negotiating about on the those topics and you North Korea left the talks and tested a

nuclear weapon. The position you find yourself in the sanctions is only after the years you neglected to reach a goal of that topic with the United Nations. So the United Nations had no other choice but to start to sanction you. Obviously 

the last round of sanctions of boarding your ships has finally paid off. It seems the last 2 or 3 shipments went back

to port with no money gained. The selling of death. Missiles, guns, nuclear proliferation. Those shipments via cargo 

ship were stop ed this Summer in route to Burma. More money lost. 

And now you want these many United Nations sanctions removed in order to return to the table. To tell you the truth

the sanctions took years to accumulate if I wanted to I could not get them removed for a period of time in order to talk. 

Which is what we are doing, talking. I never did likes Bush's stance on Ignoring or not talking with Iran and North Korea. 

I find it silly to not talk to one that one is fencing with. On a new topic we need to talk about the Kim legacy. I suggest

that you bring an Arie forth soon. I don't want to be dealing with a power vacuum DPRK anytime soon. Think about taking

democratic out of your name its an oxymoron.

I hear the today the Russian Ambassador has offered financial aid in form of economic packages. He suggested the Moscow

would help in what South Korea has offered a "Grand bargain". Along with the trifecta from S. Korea, Japan and China economic

alliance. I say you will be prospering as a nation in 5 years. 

During these talks I will bring up your human rights record I will not neglect it. It would not only be my voice in this outrage. 

But that is not what I want. I want one thing, and one thing only. De-denuclearize stop all nuclear activities. If this is accomplished

you as a country will change for the better. If not then nothing changes. Unless you have something you like to offer. 

The sanctions can not be touched. We are all waiting at the table.

The Democratic People Republic of Korea wants to talk peace by Sir Jeremiah Kennedy

The Dam of sanctions comes down when North Korea presents a flower or an offer. Blowing up your second nuclear bomb six months ago is not a lotus nor a rose. For today North Korea offered to return or start a peace talk of the North and South Korean War from the 1950's.

North Korea technically your country are not fighting nor have they for decades. So look at a rouge when the negotiations with the international community under a few United Nations sanctions was to desmantle your nuclear program.

Why Now? What does North Korea have to gain?

Is it because the last round of sanctions has managed to distrubute the shipment arms. Hence taking away your illegal arm sales. Your major source of income. The sales of missle and nuclear technology to other countries. But the topic is peace. So lets say the North wants to take away what call the root of the problem. The closing of the Korean War.

To me that is the end result of negiotations that we the United States and the six party members were trying to accomplish. When stating the need of no nuclear weapons or nuclear profileration on the Korean Peninsula. North Korea excuse me but after that happens you would recieve a rich load of incentives. There after the need to feed the North Korean people and slowly bring them to the rest of the World. Then we can reexamine the Korean War document.

Then after the Six party talks was over you would have been able to prosper with the help of your neighbors.
Six months ago China, South Korea and Japan set up an alliance specially to help your country break free of your economic hardship. This alliance can bring change financially. Then after that time The United States will look into the closing of this age of an old war. In the process you as a country North Korea (Democratic does not go well in your name maybe a new name would be a good idea also ask Kim's Son.) need to look at your human rights record and go from a country that does not brainwash the masses but allows the people to express themselves. To allow the basic human condition to be an Individual.

When you Call on the United States or the United Nations to lift sanctions because you feel you deserve that right. Ask yourself this have I brought my neighbor a yellow lotus or something else.

China demands US stop arm sales to Taiwan by Sir Jeremiah O. Kennedy

Today it is 34 degrees in Fort Lauderdale. So much for global warming.
Today Jan 10th 2010 China decides to ask the United States of America to
stop all arm sales to the country of  Taiwan. I do find this to be disturbing.

Lets forget the fact that China has actual slaves in there country and that they are
arming Sudan and giving Iran arms to pass on to the Afgans, and Iraqi's What about
the article in the NYTimes a few days ago stating that Chinese companies were building
the Iran Nuclear facilities. Which just happens to be against 3 United Nations resolutions.

What about that the China Iran nuclear connection? You as a country say in the United Nations
as you have signed three resolutions stating your objections to the Iran nuclear program and yet
a chinese company is illegally help build such program.

Granted we the United States of America are not an Angel. We do mess around with some bad
characters and I can even imagine we hurt people. Say the war criminals. They are treated poorly
by the hands of my country. The are tortured - terrorists. You as a country China do harm to your
own children, or men when they are forced to make bricks in the western part of your country and
this way 2 years ago. Or the people in a warehouse who are making the apple products who work
18 hours a day. As history has shown us we can build quite alot when you do not pay your people.
Look at Dubai the whole place was built using south asian men who have been paid in 18 months.
And I do know your whole country is not made up of forced labor. But there is a share. Any you
as a country supporting North Korea which has well over a million in forced labour camps really
should not judge other country in helping other country from falling into a regime that might not
find so appealing. Given the way how Russia has fallen back to the whole police state. And now
we see your friend Iran clamping down on rights. Maybe your practice of communism is not the path
that the Tiawan people want to make.

But thats just me.

To say today that you want the United States to stop all arm sales to Taiwan would be

If Iran will accept a transfer of the nuclear material within the country By Sir Jeremiah

Then Why have the major powers not accepted this proposal. If it is possible
to rid Iran of the material then why has this not been looked at further instead
of cast aside as a non-answer by the Security Council.

Today The Foreign Minister of Iran has brought the subject to light again, by giving
a date on which the international community or the Security Council or the P5 plus Germany..
to take the offer of switching The Nuclear Material within Iran. Problem solved.

I do say that when I first heard of this proposal I did say sounds good. But then there is always
the Iranian insistance of doing the shift on its time table. Which is why I see how the P5 +1 would
be reluctant to accept this Iranian offer.

Before I move on I just want  to thank the French FM for doing such a wonderful job in highlighting
the Iranian problem. Since I do not have a public voice someone needs to bring this mater foward.  Which has now turned into the Iran Turmoil considering what has happened inside Iran within the past 6 months.
I personally now see a complete revolution within Iran. The Revolutionary Guard is a corporation or a kind of CIA Blackwater combo that won't survive. It's roots are not strong enough to withstand.

Back to the Iranian nuclear problem. I believe we should bring this latest Iranian gesture as there giving in.
Finally. Take the up on the offer, get the material out of the country. It's there way of saving face. Give it to them.

Does Iran Negotiate ? By Sir Jeremiah Kennedy

The Iranian's never accepted the IAEA draft in Geneva from the beginning. It was the West and the other

partners that were suggesting they accepted the Oct 1st meeting a fact the Iranians always denied. Iran did answer in the days after the first week delay. The Iranian Government said not only will they not give an

answer,  they will never give an answer to the question of taking material out of the country. And then weeks later Iran

finally decided to give an answer from its FM, no material out of the country only a switch of material within Iran. So now where do we stand?

              Forgetting about Iran's current political turmoil, if there is one. About maybe the political elite are fighting or arguing about the

nuclear issue, cause its not true. For Seven years now the Iranians have been talking about there nuclear program. The Iranians just don't negotiate. They will come back with an answer but it will be a sermon or

a ridiculous counter offer that is so off the mark on the topic it is odd. The whole point being to waste the time and to distract for the issue at

hand. For Example the Iranian's keep saying that the Nuclear issue is off the UN and the IAEA because it has been cleared. But in reality it has not

been legally cleared of anything at the core issue. Or another example would be when Iran changes the nuclear negotiator in the mists of talks and

the new one comes in to the meeting and says - everything starts new from this point, all previous meetings are to be deleted and we start fresh. The Iranians did this the the EU-3. France, German, and England. The Iranians do love to stick it to you, I think is quite embarrassing actually to France and the others. But it just goes to show who or what you are working with in trying to negotiate a peace deal, or rather a nuclear non proliferation deal.

              So the new problem is who are you negotiating with. Who in Iran is making these stupid mistakes? In my opinion Iran will do everything

and anything in order to posses a nuclear bomb. This is who you are negotiating with. And if you know see the Iranians at who they truly are. No more false fronts, lies, maybes. They have three UN security council resolutions against them to stop enriching uranium, do they do that no. And now the answer no transfer of it nuclear material out of the country. And let's not forget the Elephant in the room ladies and gentlemen. New Intelligence is a simple fact. The newly disclosed site in Qom. It can house a nuclear generator "Yes it can" but this underground structure will not function in a civil nuclear reactor since it is way to small. - What does that tell the international community? Is Iran hiding something. Can they be taken for the word.

             Personally I would have striked at the sites 3 years ago. But that just me.

Greed sometimes is not good Israel by Sir Jeremiah Kennedy

To Israel and in particular Bebe and Zippi. I have hold my tongue up until know. You must give up this notion that you can achieve Peace

through the continuing building and the land you are going to give away. In the long term we all agree I thought that Israel would be the Gentlemen and return the land fought for in War. 

            Now in all honesty you are becoming greedy, and in the time of peacemaking this is not a good sign. I did not want you to win the election Bebe and would have perferred that Livini won. Know I see why I should trust my gut feeling. Your term in office will end at sometime Bebe, and then maybe then we can have Israel see a different path in the peace process. I do understand the principle of your office stating you want to negiotate that at a later date and are ready for peace. Yet we here in the background of your new policies regarding countries or the PLO must except you as an Jewish state. You really need to pull back on your negiotiating skills a tad. 

            I here by state then any future expansion in the settlement areas to be illegal.
