How do begin. It's called Warfare an act that will bring you down. Terrorism is not a Country, They or it will pop up any where. Was it not terror in Colombia with Carlos. Do we see terror in Somalia, Yemen and South East Asia. Yes we do. Terrorism is a war tool. To go again after 100,000 men in Afghanistan is a foul. What you will create is more civilians dead, and it will come back.
So I go against who ever gave you this information. You only adding to the problem.

I would say by Halibruton, by defense contractors. But when you put your money in your pocket. Rember. President Trump decided or was forced to go to War. Logic says your going to War you can not win. There will no glory. There will be treasure. Russian is funding the Taliban. China has a contract with Pakistan to have Naval Bases. Now I learned to play poker when I was 4, But it seems that your hand is not already dealt. But this in the new Vietnam.
I repeat Terrorism is not a County and you made a major mistake.

The Tort Documents describe the torture by a USA Government Agency on an American

If you note the date of my trying to sue was 2003. Since the I have been in the mental hospital in Florida 5 times due to Torture. I went into the mental hospital on my own behalf. I have never been Backer Acted. Nor am I a harm to myself or anyone else.
On each of the 5 times since 2003 I went into the hospital since I was being experimented on with Advance Torture Techniques. Each time that I went in it was a different kind of torture.

The Documents below show that the USA is guilty. My mental hospital visits since 2003 also prove that the USA Government is guilty.

One can only hope that the USA Government is not so stupid to provide Justice to myself.

It should also be noted that on June 30th 2015 when I was tortured while reading a book in Wilton Manors. I did not go into mental hospital. 

When I walked to library one block from my house I say a government stretch limo pull out of a travel lodge as I was about to cross. That day I learned the Hillary Clinton was speaking in Fort Lauderdale. I had a tweet about her emails saying it was like waiting in line, watching the news would never get that time back. When I went home I deleted the tweet.
