on Thursday Moscow says the


Sanctions was a hinder to the cease fire.


The sanctions brought about by the 


International community after the siege


of Crimea. And the systematic


bombardment of a neighboring country 


all brought about by Moscow actions 


over the past year somehow got placed 


into the Minsk Agreement without 


the forefront of the writers of the Minsk


Agreement.

- Russian sends in 14th "Humanitarian Convoy" as rebels prepare

for full takeover of  2 regions. Maripoul near sea port with access  

to Crimea. And a train hub.

- Next Ukraine Peace Talks set for Wed

- Germany's Merkel to meet with Obama at White House

- Kerry says Coalition to fight IS, will step up in Iraq over next few

weeks.

- Note: like in Syria, Russia sends in forces in first few weeks. Says

there will be peace talks. Yet 14 convoy crosses Russia to Ukraine

for what Moscow calls "Humanitarian aid" as rebels prepare for full

takeover at two central points in Eastern Ukraine.

What will happen. Over next few days and weeks Moscow will try

and gain land - territory in Eastern Ukraine. To allow rebel

separatist to gain land.

- We did not arm Syria and look what that gave us. Billions in

international aid to fight IS, which was not there before Syria civil

War.
