                          I know this subject of Mind Control and Torture by United States of America though certain Government agencies is hard to handle but I will make it brief. I have tried to contact the office of

US Federal Prosecutor, I have spoken with his secretary who is very nice and took down my information. Yet his office nor did Federal Prosecutor John Durham contact me back. I gave them two tries the first once months ago and last was 2 weeks ago. It seems John is more worried about the people at Guatanamo Bay, then an American 46 year old citizen who was born in Dallas Texas,

raised in New York City and educated in Boston. I am writing to you both since I know your fields touch

on the base of Liberty and Justice. My goal here is not to be famous, I want the torture to stop and I also

want Justice done.

                I filed in 2003 a claim against the CIA, I did it myself with paperwork I received from the

Federal building. The amount was 40,000,000  for personal injury resulting from mond control, physical and psychological torture and radiation experiments conducted by the Central Intelligence Agency. My

claim was denied. Department of the Army, Office of the Judge Advocate General, Fort Meade, Maryland. Eastern U.S Torts Branch  03-351-T064. Seems I did not sue within two years of the finding of

an implant under my teeth (after bike accident I went to chiroproter who did an old fashion x-ray from the side of my skull you can see a dark box under my gums I asked the chirporotoer what that was and he said he never say that before), and also did not sue the right agency. So Melvin G. Olmscheid, Colonel U.S. Army, Chief Tort Claims Division wrote to me rejection letter. Also you should be aware that after I left NY with almost two years of torture I wanted to change my name. When I contacted Dallas Hospital that

I was born in I got in the mail a birth Certificate and a death Certificate number.

                         Know the sad part. I was tortured while working for HBO Inc, as a receptionist for Management. To be brief, it included electric shocks small as first then so much larger that my entire

body convulised. Sleep depreviation, feeling cold, body movement parts so would not sleep. Throat closing to could not breath(done with magnets, NYTimes did article after it happened). Being able to see

with eyes closed in full definition, Seeing a small tiger play on my pillow when just waking up with eyes open. I was told to come to Boca Raton since had some family and since the war was going to start.

                        So bought a Sabb for 2,000 dollars and left. It seems when I got there even though I was

working for the Chairman of HBO Inc.and had a great resume in Architecture. I could not find a job, only did temp work. Finally my adopted parents forced me into Social Security disablity at the age of 38. When I just arrived in Boca Raton, Leonard Tarr, the attorney that adopted me asked if I had ever scene

“The Conspiracy Theory” while waiting for a movie to start. I sad no but my whole life is a conspiracy. Later that week I got the video and found all about the CIA’s MK-Ultra project and project Paper Clip. In later years as I was being tortured from 2003 till present they my adopted parents would say this: Leonard Tarr - stick with it, face your deamons. My Mother Shelley Abraham would at first call your doctor and up your meds, finally she said lets call the people doing this to you “the force’, and finally her

husband my Step Father at one point told me “they will let up”. It was only after I saw Colin Ross video

on youtube did I become aware of the hidden problem and that all the doctor’s know, and just give you

meds. Even thought I really never took the meds at all, since I always new I was being used and trained.

                       To make this brief over the years the torture has always changed and I know believe it is

the Darpa agency since I see articles that relate to me. Such has having a digital buddy, basically a chip

in brain to help or hurt. or the advanced torture techinics they have been doing to me since Feb 2010. I also found that article, Its basically many voices and thoughts coming at you all at once. Kind of like if they wanted to use a super computer on your brain. Just like the one IBM just announced with Darpa.

Also being hit with non-leathal weapons - when your whole body feels tingles, the intense pricks till you

faint. Being a sex-slave, then a robot (by listening to voices for small things then everything) to being sub human. And this past year changing my sexuallity from gay to straight. You see what they do is blame you for doing something bad so they can torture you.

To end after I left NY and studied in Boston. It was a 2 year school at Boston University, College of Basic Studies. My Capstone which was given to me was Chemical and Biological Weapons.

After graduating I asked my self should we be an Architect my dream since 15 or join the CIA. Obviously

my mind was not my own even then. So I went for Architecture at the Boston Architectural Center. While

doing working in Harvard Square for architectects and going to school at night. During that time I followed was called “Open Architecture” which later became the internet. Also followed and visited through school MIT - Media lab. Doing high tech experiments on the internet and cyperspace. When Working for HBO Inc. I wanted to get involved with Multi-media, later the internet. By this time I realized I was bionic and that I had the internet within my body abling me to see with my eyes closed a beach any where in the world or a sheet of paper. This technology can be used for good or for bad.

I did not ask, for this experiments to be done to men. The torture over the past year and a half has made me cut ties with my adopted parents for not only do they not contact anyone for help the tell my nieces and newphews that I am Shizophenic. I showed them articles but know that I know they are involved which I kind of did since 1997 when I left New York. Only one person on the list above has contacted my back with a phone call and email and then that person stoped during the Bush Adminstration. I really need some kind of contact. I am very well educated and won’t be taking any pills the FDA appoves thats for sure. I do yoga and swim in ocean on the Fort Lauderdale beach and am very

sane. I know the truth, I am at peace, just all alone.

The following are schematic drawings to illustrate a new structure on Fort Lauder-dale Beach. The problem occurred when the City of Fort Lauder dale was trying to find a vista or Gateway to the beach on a property on the beach and Las Olas Boulevard  Hence a small structure four floors but open and terraces up. The center stage is Hugh enough for almost any theatrical performance. The entire stages acts like elevator to decline to sub stage. Set in 3 seperate elevators. This allows for changing of set design.

All roof seats and tables have a canopy roof. - simple and open.

Terraces are open with no overhang.

1st Orchestra level is hugh. With 2 lower musical pits for full orchestra.

4th -The Resturant on the top level is a full time facility.

3rd - Blue Longue a full time pub with food.

2nd level is full Mezzaine with automatic food dispensers in Mezzanine Lobby


1st The Retail after corner Garden is to form movement along building. 3 stores then Valet and Garage Entrance along Southern End of the property.

The concept is a J shaped structure with the longer part facing the Atlantic Ocean.

Above Section shows first floor as Back stage for production. Mostly hidden placed under the double terrace surrounding theater.

1st floor - note need to add room for palms throughout boarder of property, foliage. 

The property use as an amphiltheatre - or open theater can me muti funcitonal.   From 2 floors as separate Restaurants/Club, opened daily. And the Stage for full theatrical products, musicals, ballet,  to Comedy. Also Boxing can be another platform as well as live events such as World Cup, Tennis, Olympics.  The positional of performances is endless. Adding a Wedding or private party as an option on the 4th and 3rd floor with use of grand stage and orchestra floor. Makes this outdoor theater on the Beach an addition to Fort Lauderdale  beach like no other. For a city owned property, this structure can bring become a Hugh cash flow.


The Big Screen -
a club with 50 foot wide projection screen. To show movies or live events. A lounge or private club to attend for your viewing pleasure. A wide screen with your favorite opera live at the MET. beach now on a terrace at table over looking the Atlantic Ocean.

The Big Screen is and was invented by Kevin Tarr while working at HBO Incorporated as a concept for them. To bad I was in Security.  Warner Brothers. A new club. A new venue.

Hurricane Sandy destroys New Jersey Iconic Shoreline, kills dozens and leaves Americans homeless and without basic needs from NJ to New York.


  The following is a link of a bill before congress in 2001 to stop Space based weapons to be used in mind control ( suicide bombers) to Earthquakes and to control the weather.

The Bill was introduced by Congressman Dennis Kucinich of Ohio, the bill did not pass. What the satellite did over the years are the Tsunami in South East Asia, Haiti earthquake, Hurricane Wilma which passed through Naples, Weston, Broward and Palm Beach Counties. When was the last time we had a President that actually served in the military?

Comments on M. Romney remarks regarding Foreign Policy.

Recently with the staggering deficit due to two major wars we entered. We have the question of The Defence Department Budget. When American soldiers went to Iraq they said there is no reason to justify our being here, and then the USA enters the Afganisistan War. Which again seems clear to a man with a gun on enemy soil.....Why?

Simple answer is WTO and IMF. You see the International Monetary Fund and the World Trade Organization wants to tax the people of Afganistan. The tribal areas which pay no taxes, and that
answer of why does not even go into the poppy fields in Afganisitan. The Herion and Opium world production market.

So why are we there? I don’t wrtie about Afgansistan as soon as heard from Obama stating the new policy of staying till 2014 end, December. It was not a war I believed in. My first thought when Obama made the announcement was how many more American soliders will die for this
“Battle”. A war which has no plan, no end plan or exit stragey. We had an exit plan for Iraq, now Iraq is allowing its air space to funnel in weapons to there best friend Syria. Only plan I see is to protect a president who’s brother was caught selling the Opium of Afganistian, and not to feed or
provide for the Afganistan people I can assure you. So who are we defending? What is the gain and the end of the War? The said part is our plan is to train there police and army....the ones who are killing Americans soilders during this “Training”. I should send men to defend a President who own brother is selling herion..i think not.

So Barak and Penetta say we need to see some cuts in the D.O.D. Budget. I am sure there is ways to skim the fat. Now M. Romney wants to increase the Budget so unlike Senator Ron Paul who say’s education and other aspects of the U.S.A. need to be rebuilt. How much is the Defense budget 40% of USA income?

Regarding Iran’s fixed election of 2009, brining the idot back into power. The World saw the “Green Movement”. What could the USA have done? Really Mitt. It was a people fight.
The real movement came in Tunisia and moved to Egypt. That was a true “People Power”
Fighting against the injustice that the Arab and Muslim people feel. Watching the tallest skyscrappers being built in Abu Dabi with slaves muslim throught South East Asia. Not to mention what a Arab women must feel as she watch the world change. With regarding Egypt
I immediatly sided with the Egyptian people. After all all Mushraff had to do was get on a plane and leave. He had billions in the bank. Regarding M. Romney remarks on we should have helped more and now wants to help the Syrian people after going against Libya action.

I also believe that Russia was upset about the United States gains in Libya that they ordered the hit on an American diplomat. If you look back on Moscow’s voice on Syria they would bring up why is no one upset and watching whats going on in Libya...where is the outrage.

Regarding M. Romney remarks on the Syrian Lady who said and I paraphrase... We will remember who stood with us......it my understanding or intelligence that's says she was referring to Russia and Moscow's refusal to be with the Syrian people and has engaged this War with the only purpose but to protect its Naval base. Voting twice against United Nations resolutions ending this War.
Foreign Policy is no easy task. Obama not only was given 2 wars and various other military operations. He was also handed a deficit and the mechcanisms to create a deeper depression when the bank took or stole billions of dollars and said fuck you to him. Bascially forcing everyone out of a job so they can buy your Americans homes. ...its so simple thats why there is no jobs bill. 1% is taking back its money. The facts are simple. Sad thing is that when forming new regulation on banks and financial there lobbyists spent billions to pass a bill in there favor.

The young people and all Americans as a whole should realize coming out of a deep hole is not going to take 2 years. Elect Barak Obama. Will build ships again. When we are equiped, maybe the DOD needs alittle head banging. get rid of the fat, old. Remove every republic in office. Just
vote down the line. Democrats to save Americans.

Granted I am a Republican and Regan did win the Cold War by out spending the Russians. Regan brought down the Berlin War eccentially bringing Eastern Europe and Western Europe together. He out spent them militarily. So far the Department of Defence has designed  a new Coast Guard vessel some say is a hazard to sink, and does not function what it’s purpose was
which is to be prepared to fight.

This Vessel set sail this year. Another project from the DOD is the new fighter plan. Mind you these vessels take 10 years to build. Well this newest plan manages to take the air from the engine and enter it into the mask of the Air Force pilot flying. There by rendering the pilot of said plane unconsious or brian dead and this is our newest Air Force War Craft.

These 2 projects each taking 10 years to build has cost the USA trillions of dollars. Both the Coast Guard Vessel and the Air Craft fighter jet are not worth the metal.

Who ever is running the Republic Party has no clue. Ron Paul should have been elected if not
a least you had some chance making him the Vice-president. Instead of Senator Paul Ryan.
Senator Ryan now get this.....in 2004 he introduced legislation to allow people Social Security
to be tied to the Stock Market. Guess what my friends that money would have vanished. Or a good portion would have been taken from the elders in the USA. People living on Social Security
during the time between 2004 to 2010 would basically have nothing but what was a hope of future retirement. The American dream to work and later retire. At 60 - 65 not after. First France changed it to 70. Now Spain is in an uproar over same issue.

Vote Obama and stop listening to the news channels but of mind numbing commercials. I thought television was free.....now we have to pay for cable - cnn to watch commercials something not quite right there either....

Parchin Nuclear Site in Iran by SJOK

Well recently the ISIS or Institute for Science and International Security a think tank specializing in weapons of mass destruction.  Written by David Albright and others The Parchin Activity Study shows the length of a lie that the Iranians will play all the time denying all aspects of a hidden nuclear weapons base. Not for Civil Nuclear reactor but how to make the material that was made to explode creating the nuclear effect. After the lies and stalling in the nuclear talks Iran can't run from factual evidence.

As soon as the pressure comes baring down on Iran. All of a sudden we see the earth move on the Parchin faciility that under that time was stressed by the UN IAEA to visit said site. It was stressed that the IAEA inspectors visit and test the site. But no Iran destroys (evidence) 2 separate buildings, streets, a fenced in area. Gate entrance. Water basin and water canal. I believe the building was a small tower like guard post to the large facility housing a
large round structure to detonate a nuclear weapon and the nearby building the military barracks.

Since the first signs of a possible clean up at Parchin emerged in the April 9, 2012 satellite imagery (figure 3), the site containing the suspect activity has undergone very noticeable changes with two buildings demolished, excavation of earth including most of the surrounding vegetation and roads covered or removed, dismantlement of the security perimeter around the site, and evidence of water usage potentially for cleaning the insides of buildings. From the ISIS report “ The Site has been heavily altered by earth displacement”.

Obvious cleanup of site of recent nuclear work being done in Iran.

At this time Iran cannot place a weapon on board a rocket. If at the time it does
achieve nuclear cababilities and creates the material needed. If Iran however does
in fact have the ability that we do not know about and is making the material then. The means of deliver of weapon would be drone rather then ballistic cababilities such as a
high speed rocket. Drone or Briefcase, meaning smuggled in.

As world leaders intensified pressure on Pyongyang over the sinking of a South Korean warship. Recent developments underscore the need for the North "to bolster its nuclear deterrent in a newly developed way" to cope with persistent US hostility and its military threat. Baek Seung-Joo of the (South) Korea Institute for Defence Analyses, said the statement indicates the North would start developing nuclear weapons based on highly enriched uranium. After years of denial, the hardline communist state last September announced it had reached the final stage of enriching uranium -- a second way of making nuclear bombs in addition to its original plutonium-based operation.


B. Iran's to postpone nuclear talks with the west as a "punishment" for the imposition of new UN sanctions. 

President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said. Negotiations would be put off until after Ramadan in late August, he said, though no talks have in fact been scheduled. "It's a punishment to teach them a lesson to know how to have a dialogue with nations," he told reporters in Tehran. Ahmadinejad also repeated that Iran would retaliate if attempts were made to inspect its ships, as sanctions permit.

"The western and US sanctions and threats are not only aimed at putting the brakes on Iran's progress in nuclear technology, but come to keep Iran from becoming an economic and industrial power," he told a crowd in Natanz in Isfahan province.
Separately, Iran's foreign ministry dismissed as "psychological warfare" an assessment by the CIA that the Islamic republic already has enough uranium to make two nuclear weapons. Ramin Mehmanparast, the ministry spokesman, called the comments by Leon Panetta, the CIA chief, "propaganda" intended to allow the US to avoid nuclear disarmament. "What Iran is pursuing is only in the framework of the rights that its membership of the International Atomic Energy Agency entitles it to," Mehmanparast said. "The real concern is disarmament and non-proliferation."

Reports from Dubai said that the UAE central bank has ordered financial institutions to freeze 41 Iran-linked accounts, in line with the UN sanctions. UN resolution 1929 calls for measures against new Iranian banks abroad if a connection to the nuclear or missile programmes is suspected, as well as vigilance over transactions with any Iranian bank.


c. Google's stops redirecting China web site and now will provide a link.
Mr. Drummond wrote that in an effort to continue to serve Google’s Chinese users while placating the government, the company is proposing a compromise. In the next few days, it will stop automatically redirecting users to its Hong Kong site. Instead, Chinese users will see a page at google.cn which offers a single link to the Hong Kong site, where they can conduct searches or use other Google services, like translation and music, that require no filtering.

The company said it had resubmitted its content provider license based on this approach and hopes the Chinese government will find it more palatable. If the government continues to object, Google would lose its ability to operate a Web site in China altogether.
“This approach ensures we stay true to our commitment not to censor our results on google.cn and gives users access to all of our services from one page,” Mr. Drummond wrote. “We are therefore hopeful that our license will be renewed on this basis so we can continue to offer our Chinese users services via google.cn.”

QUESTION: Specifically what’s on the agenda and why they’re still meeting given that you already have the resolution?

MR. TONER: Right. Well, just to – he met with his counterparts from Russia, the UK, France, China, and Germany, and the EU, as well as the EU High Commissioner Catherine Ashton, to review the situation regarding Iran’s nuclear program. They reaffirmed the commitments that they made in the statement issued upon the adoption of UN Security Council Resolution 1929. They also reiterated the group’s goals toward a comprehensive and long-term resolution to resolving international concerns regarding Iran. The group also agreed on the importance of ensuring swift enforcement of Resolution 1929 that’s consistent with the dual – and which is consistent with the dual-track approach. And also has communicated in High Representative Ashton letter’s to Iran, they restated the offer to meet with Iran for discussions on the nuclear issue and stressed the door remains open to Iran. 

And just as your follow-up question there, again, I think this is part of their regular consultations. They are going to continue to meet, obviously, the – the passage of 1929, does not in any way connote an end to the P-5+1’s regular consultations. 

E. Iran moves radar to Syria
has moved radar to Syria that could provide early-warning against a possible surprise Israeli air attack against Tehran's nuclear sites, a US defense official said on Friday.
The radar transfer was first reported in the Wall Street Journal on Thursday and prompted the State Department to voice concerns about cooperation between Syria and Iran.
The sophisticated radar were deployed in Syria last year, the official, who spoke on condition of anonymity, told AFP.
The move could bolster Iran's position amid long-running speculation that Israelmight stage a bombing raid against Tehran's nuclear enrichment facilities.
Information from new radar also could potentially help the Lebanese Shiite militia Hezbollah with its missile arsenal and air defenses.

E. China 'jails Tibet activist for five years'

Rinchen Samdrup denied posting a pro-Dalai Lama article on his website

A Tibetan environmentalist has been sentenced to five years in prison by a Chinese court, his lawyer has said.

Rinchen Samdrup, the third brother in his family to be jailed, was found guilty of inciting separatism in China, reports say.

Mr Samdrup, who had pleaded not guilty, was accused of posting a pro-Dalai Lama article on his website.

The sentence comes just over a week after one of Mr Samdrup's brothers was sentenced to 15 years in prison.

Authorities in China said an article on the Tibetan spiritual leader was posted on Mr Samdrup's website, the Associated Press news agency reported.

The website is devoted to protecting the environment in the Himalayan region.

F. Palestinians reject for the moment direct talks with Israel after weeks of indirect talks.

Israel and the Palestinians have reached the half-way point of indirect peace talks mediated by the United States. 

After two months of indirect peace talks slated to last four months, Israeli and Palestinian leaders have differing visions about how to proceed. 

U.S. envoy George Mitchell has been shuttling between Jerusalem and the West Bank, but Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says it is time to move on to a new framework. He had this message for Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas.

"The best way to convince Israelis that you're serious about peace is to begin serious, direct peace negotiations and I'm ready to begin them any time," said Benjamin Netanyahu. "I'm ready to meet President Abbas today and tomorrow and the next day, at any place." 

The Palestinians opted for indirect talks in protest over Israeli settlement expansion in the West Bank and East Jerusalem. Palestinian Prime Minister Salam Fayyad says moving to direct talks would be premature.

"Those indirect talks have just begun, not a long time ago, and we've yet to see the kind of progress that would begin to justify consideration of that particular outcome," said Salam Fayyad.

The talks are dealing with the core issues of the conflict: the status of Jerusalem, Palestinian refugees, Jewish settlements and the final borders of a Palestinians state. Israel says territorial concessions are unthinkable if the Palestinians are unwilling to sit down and talk, face to face.

Mr. Netanyahu says he will push for direct talks when he meets with President Barack Obama at the White House on Tuesday.
