DARHA, Mind Control, Kevin Tarr, Dennis Kucinich, Debra Wasserman Torture by US Govenment

The DAPHA agency has been torturing me since 1996. My name is Kevin Tarr, while working at HBO Inc in NY in 1997 I was told to move to Boca to help start a war. If you go to youtube and look under Dr. Colin Ross you will see how it is happening to American Citizens. I tried to get my adopted parents help, but they just tell me to see my doctor and up my meds. But then again they were paid to raise me. My Half Brother does have a business that has government contracts related to the defense industry.
