Does Iran Negotiate ? By Sir Jeremiah Kennedy

The Iranian's never accepted the IAEA draft in Geneva from the beginning. It was the West and the other
partners that were suggesting they accepted the Oct 1st meeting a fact the Iranians always denied. Iran did answer in the days after the first week delay. The Iranian Government said not only will they not give an
answer,  they will never give an answer to the question of taking material out of the country. And then weeks later Iran
finally decided to give an answer from its FM, no material out of the country only a switch of material within Iran. So now where do we stand?

Forgetting about Iran's current political turmoil, if there is one. About maybe the political elite are fighting or arguing about the
nuclear issue, cause its not true. For Seven years now the Iranians have been talking about there nuclear program. The Iranians just don't negotiate. They will come back with an answer but it will be a sermon or
a ridiculous counter offer that is so off the mark on the topic it is odd. The whole point being to waste the time and to distract for the issue at
hand. For Example the Iranian's keep saying that the Nuclear issue is off the UN and the IAEA because it has been cleared. But in reality it has not
been legally cleared of anything at the core issue. Or another example would be when Iran changes the nuclear negotiator in the mists of talks and
the new one comes in to the meeting and says - everything starts new from this point, all previous meetings are to be deleted and we start fresh. The Iranians did this the the EU-3. France, German, and England. The Iranians do love to stick it to you, I think is quite embarrassing actually to France and the others. But it just goes to show who or what you are working with in trying to negotiate a peace deal, or rather a nuclear non proliferation deal.

So the new problem is who are you negotiating with. Who in Iran is making these stupid mistakes? In my opinion Iran will do everything
and anything in order to posses a nuclear bomb. This is who you are negotiating with. And if you know see the Iranians at who they truly are. No more false fronts, lies, maybes. They have three UN security council resolutions against them to stop enriching uranium, do they do that no. And now the answer no transfer of it nuclear material out of the country. And let's not forget the Elephant in the room ladies and gentlemen. New Intelligence is a simple fact. The newly disclosed site in Qom. It can house a nuclear generator "Yes it can" but this underground structure will not function in a civil nuclear reactor since it is way to small. - What does that tell the international community? Is Iran hiding something. Can they be taken for the word.

Personally I would have striked at the sites 3 years ago. But that just me.

Greed sometimes is not good Israel by Sir Jeremiah Kennedy

To Israel and in particular Bebe and Zippi. I have hold my tongue up until know. You must give up this notion that you can achieve Peace
through the continuing building and the land you are going to give away. In the long term we all agree I thought that Israel would be the Gentlemen and return the land fought for in War.

Now in all honesty you are becoming greedy, and in the time of peacemaking this is not a good sign. I did not want you to win the election Bebe and would have perferred that Livini won. Know I see why I should trust my gut feeling. Your term in office will end at sometime Bebe, and then maybe then we can have Israel see a different path in the peace process. I do understand the principle of your office stating you want to negiotate that at a later date and are ready for peace. Yet we here in the background of your new policies regarding countries or the PLO must except you as an Jewish state. You really need to pull back on your negiotiating skills a tad.

I here by state then any future expansion in the settlement areas to be illegal.

All the Best,
Sir Jeremiah Orion Kennedy.

I'll take Fraud Afghan election for 200 Alex with a side of opium By Sir Jeremiah Kennedy

Nov. 2ND 2009 its official Karzai is the next Afghan President. What happened? Well we learned one the CIA fixed the election
and got his man. First lets not forget the the President Brothers is a Drug King-pin. I would say Drug Lord but since the CIA was
rounding up the drug lords and arresting or killing them it kind of puts the friend of the CIA Ahmed Karzai as the big dog in the drug world.
First it is a given that when the Taliban drug runners are moving there opium over a bridge they have to pay Ahmed money. Ahmed Karzai
takes the drug money and uses it to fund his Compound. The same compound that houses the CIA station. So if it is reported that Ahmed
had his men, rig the first Afghan election, and that Ahmed is on the payroll of the CIA considering the fact that its is in its headquarters.
Should we not come up with the equation that the CIA fixed the Afghan election.

I we were upset with Iran over there election. Really. So as a government should we recognize the first fraudulent election and go from there
recognizing who is the actual leader of this country. Or should we be taking to the CIA, when asking questions to the Afghan Government.
I guess this means the opium trade should do very well, for the foreseeable future. I would love to try opium.

All the Best,
Sir Jeremiah

To North Korea by Sir Jeremiah Kennedy

May I first say I am glad that your asteem leaders health is better, and that he is doing fine. Second
I hope the meeting went well with your Gun in the states. I believe first and foremost in the economic
development of the country of North Korea. I am glad that China, South Korea and Japan have formed
and economic alliance one that will greatly help and bring fruit to a new country as North Korea.

It needs to be said since of last news reports that North Korea might fell threanted in some way from the United States of America. In my humble opinion I feel the contrary is true. I and the United States wants only for North Korea to come in closer to the International community, open up more and cast some of the dark scares away in the process becoming a more rich country. A highly skilled country moving and changing in the developed world. So the Idea of an invasion or some kind of strike on your country is the farthest from the truth. In the next meeting between our two countries lets seat at the table casting that thought out of miltary and only stem from the idea of economic development, hell I can even see a brand new city with tall skyscrapers. No manufacturing of weapon grade material, you keep your form of government. Disregard your baggage and come to and open society.

All the Best,

Iran's response to the United Nations IAEA by Sir Jeremiah O. Kennedy

Oct. 30Th 2009 - Iran's response yesterday to the IAEA in Vienna.

United Nations Mohammad ElBaradei says what they got back from Iran was an "Initial response". Iran would like to send small transports over a longer period of time - suggesting out right that Iran wants this time, and by the way endless time to develop, design a nuclear bomb.By continuing to allow Iran the right to enrich (which by the way goes against three United Nations Security Council Resolutions, drawn up over a period of five years) uranium then as they develop the science to form a missile and design an explosion device still allowing the country to keep there plant open enriching  Iran's own uranium. We the International community are giving permission to Iran tto do this.

Aside form the technical aspect of percentage of nuclear material and what country should be entrusted with it. The deal was intended to build confidence and trust between Iran and the West. Over the past five years or more Iran has non-negotiated with the International Community through the United Nations IAEA and the United Nations Security Council. It was just two summers ago during the Bush W. administration that Iran's answer to the Security Council was a document intended to be a conditions on further negotiations. In any event the document was a embarrassment to the diplomatic community. What do I know I was suppose to be an architect. In any event. This is who you are negotiating with is.

My point It does not seem to me that Iran understands the importance of the Security Council. Why the Security Council was formed and who are on the SC in the UN.  Since they are not negotiating at all and only buying time to say "All done, we did it, we know have a nuclear bomb after all the President is saying well if Israel can have one why can't I. And by the way the leader is Ahmadinejad and you might want to put that in to factor when you are analysing the whole concept of allowing Iran the right to enrich uranium for peaceful energy purposes or the one that levels Manhattan in 3 seconds.

Today a Senior European official call Iran's response "basically a refusal". Ladies and gentlemen do we really want a terrorist country like Iran to have one. Just picture the destruction of Hiroshima in Tokyo in 1945 then multiply it by a hundred. That's what you got.
