Subject: Suing the U.S. Government for Torture and Experimentation from 1996 to 2023
To:
In 2003 I sued the United States Government for torture. I got back a letter stating I sued the wrong agency and not within the two year time period of the torture. To me this is an admission of guilt. From 2003 to present 2023, I have been tortured with visits to 6 mental hospitals for psychological torture and 3 Emergeny hospital visits for physical torture. I am seeking damages for the years of experimentation on me and the use of the Advanced weapon systems from 1996 to present 2023. Damages to me are both psychological and physical.
From 2003 I have been hit multiple times with an advanced weapon system. I was emitted to the emergency room on 3 occasions. After tests, they found nothing wrong with me. In 2018 I was admitted to the emergency room and they did tests overnight. In October 2021 I was again admitted to Delray Medical Hospital. The hospital kept me for 5 days. All the tests came back fine. In fact I told the Dr. that they will find I am in perfect health. And they did and released me. Since then 5 times I have been hit with the weapon. Five times in Spring 2022. Your body feels numb and soon you lose consciousness. Your head begins to shake and its stroke-like symptoms. Then you fall hit the floor.
Beside that physical damage over the years I have spent time in over 6 mental hospitals. All of which I admitted myself. I knew I was being tortured with Extreme Torture Technics. Through Advanced Weapons. In fact over the years the torture keeps changing. This has been going on since I lived in NY in 1996, were I underwent two years of torture. Sleep deprivation, shocks to the body starting small then increasing. One night while falling asleep. I awoke with both my arms shaking and both legs shaking from the electric shocks. After I called my father who picked me up, I slept in his house and we went to an emergency room. Telling the dr. of my electric shocks, torture by the CIA and the news I followed. I was not admitted as I was not a danger to myself or to anyone else. I left my job as receptionist at HBO Inc. for management and moved to Boca Raton in 1998. In 2003 I started to receive disability from Social Security. I thought It was over what happened in NY and that I would start again. I thought in 2003 that by getting Social Security it was a way for the USA to pay me back for the torture in NY. I did not realize I would spend the next 20 years being tortured and experimented on. From 2003 to 2023, through mental and physical torture.
Times hit with Advanced Weapon System, Direct-Energy Weapon
It starts with nausea then your head begins to shake and its stroke-like symptoms. Your body convulses then you pass out.
Bus to Brother's office. On Bus standing blacked out, hit head on chair. Bled from head. Went to Broward Hospital. Did CAT Scan. Broward County, 2005
While getting Haircut in the barber's chair. Felt numb backed out Broward County, 2005
While with a friend, Hit in the head with shock, passed out 2006
While sitting on a park bench. Twice. Felt nausea then started to convulse then black out. Got up, started to convulse, black out again. 2010
Friends house. Sitting on a couch. Felt nausea, Convulsions, blackout fell to floor. Boca Raton,2018
An Emergency Ambulance came and took me to Boca Regional Hospital where I was admitted for an overnight test. Cat scan, Brain scan and multiple tests. Found nothing wrong.
October 2021. While in the Mental hospital at South County Mental health facility Delray I was sitting in a chair. Felt nausea coming on. Got up to go to bed and was hit and backed out. An Emergency Ambulance was admitted to Delray Hospital for 5 days of testing. Every test was done from CAT scan, brain scan, stress test and a sonogram of my heart. After 5 days doctors found nothing wrong. Left hospital to go back to the mental hospital to finish my mental examination. Was released in 3 days for a total of 5 days.
March 2022. Friends house. Was sitting in a chair and got up. Went into convulsions. Passed out.
May 2022. In bed I got up to get water. I was hit 3 times. Nausea, convulsions passed out 3 times.
The United States of America government agencies that may be responsible are: The CIA, NSA, DIA and DARPA as they do research.

Stating I sued the wrong agency and not within 2 years of torture of finding an implant under my gums. Which showed up on an x-ray I got after being hit by a car on a bike in Boca Raton in 2001.
The second attachment says I could file again.
Note: When I say the X Ray, I asked the dr. what it was. He said he never say this before. The x-ray showed a box under my teeth in my gums. I knew then it was an electronic implant placed in my gums when I got 6 teeth extracted at age 13 in order to prepare for braces.

I had a dream, that I was the bionic man. In this dream I can see with my eye's closed..... I can read a page, I can see a full HD v live in any part of the World. I could actually see with my eye's closed a sunset live on the under side of the World. In this dream I am completely bionic. My eye is a camera. Everything I see is completely recorded. Its Artificial Intelligence, meaning a power... Like a X men, or a actual super hero. A thousand points of light, President Bush said. It's when you can actually see with your eye open, or in this case with your eyes open...a thousand points of light.in this dream I need to prove to the World I am completely bionic. That my brain is bionic...that I use more then most. That I can actually think... With a full entourage as back up. In this dream, its actually like " Star Wars" the movie. Yes I can see. Its real. In this dream, its seems I need to prove, my bionics, AI. And in this dream I can tell the World that maybe I am actually a bionic man. That maybe we can stop...trying to prove who is more powerful. That maybe we not create a weapon of Mass destruction. In my dream you are going in the wrong direction. You have no idea what it took just to right this.

Iran has been playing the game Yahtzee with countries by Sir Jeremiah Orion Kennedy
On the Tuesday that President Barack Obama signed the Iran nuclear deal and were celebrating in the White House. That Friday Russia landed there military jets into Syria along with 2,000 men. To begin the set up of a new Russian airbase. Later to be bring in anti missiles to protect those aircraft. Soon a second air base was formed. What happens next is important.
We all know how important the Assad regime, one man was to Moscow and President or Prime minister Putin is. So Moscow, not the Russian people invited Iran into Syria to help there right .Russia's fight to save one man Assad regime, not the Syrian people.As we saw with the massacres, Chemical attacks,destroying hospitals one by one, and later a genocide on the Syrian people.I
Now let's move back to the Iraq war. Without the help.of Iran the War would have been over. They supplied the IED weapons.They funneled Chinese AK-47's into the country of Iraq.
Because Russia invited Iran into Syria it soon became easy to take over parts of Iraq. So this is were the game Yahtzee comes into play. With countries and a people with a name like Lebanese, Syrian, Iraqi and now Yemeni.
It was a few years ago when I realized they Iran had a Yachtzee. They always had somewhat of a control over Lebanon. It soon became worse when Russia invited then into Syria. Then taking over Iraq, but it was when they fueled the now four year Yemeni war. That was when I declared a military Yachtzee.
My Intelligence says that the pattern of game of Yachtzee is not over. I believe that it's is Iran and Russia maybe even Turkey who all three had a meeting Yesterday hosted by Turkey with all three leaders attending. I should actually say all 3 dictators. Three Russia, Iran and Turkey have been meeting for the past few years, when Turkey President decided to form an alliance with Moscow and Tehran.
I believe that the next domino or pattern is going to be the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
They reason why Iran would want get involved in a direct proxy war with Yemen civil war, is to get closer to Saudi Arabia. Basically I see it as the only reason why Iran is helping in Yemen.
The Yemeni rebels do not anything if not for Iran. The attack on Saudis Arabia is a clear and present danger on not only Saudi Arabia and the Middle East. But to the National security of the United States of America.
I am not about to give my suggestion on what to do. But those are the facts which led us to were we are today.
Iran nuclear deal is signed. Iran gets 80 billion dollars plus there assets back. Russia lands in Syria and soon Iran manages to take over. Today Iran is threatening to restart its nuclear program, to levels above civil to weapon grade nuclear program. Only proving to the World that that was there intention all along. While the Iranian people suffer. It is not the people of these countries that are bad it's the government the dictators.

Congress is voting to stay in Syria and Afghanistan by Sir Jeremiah Orion Kennedy
So the US Congress that voted to keep thousands of toxins in cigarettes,allow the tabacco companies not to be sued... the Congress that voted for the Iran Nuclear Deal.. 3 days later Russia sends jets and troops to Syria, allowing Iran to fight in Yemen, Iraq and Syria. Now your telling the American people you want to take away the Rights of the Executive Branch, President, the U.S. National Security Council and the Joint Chief of Staff in order to stay in Syria and Afghanistan. which is what the president ran on in 2016 and its what the American people voted for and want. Totally Mind Boggling.

This painting is called the "Peace Maker'. I have done everything I could to find the peace. It's now time to leave Syria, Afghanistan, Iraq and bring our solders back. A 17 year war is a war you are not going to win. Trillions in dollars, men lost, and hurt beyond belief. Iraq Wants us out, we will gladding leave. You will now have a Russia and Iran backed government in Syria which they destroyed and gassed, targeting Hospitals. Afghanistan which they went to War with in the 80's, and Iraq which is now control by Iran. Maybe there can be calm, maybe the can be peace, a rebuilding. Syrians coming home to a home that Russia now controls, after they destroyed all the hospitals. BYE BYE. Were leaving and I do mean this a blogger may peace be with you. While Working at HBO Receptionist for the Management and 2 Chairman of the Boards. When anyone came to visit I was the first they say off the elevator. I was on the first floor working the security pass desk, and a member of the Secret Service poke his head in and said I was going to be very busy. Since the pope was coming down 42 nd street, the Secret Service had to do sweeps. When the pope was in town he paid me a visit. While getting beers at a store, I saw him in civil clothes wearing a hat. I walk past him. Later In route to the same store I saw a limosince pull up and old lady walked out with guards. On Booth street. It was the Queen Mother. Few months later, after I went to a Doctor office on Park Ave. I told the receptionist it was Sir not MR. when I walked to the Citicorp bldg. to get the train back to Rego Park Queens. On Park Ave, I was crossing the street and saw to my right Princess Diana, walking in front of me was Pierce Bronson. At this point it all slinked in. The 2 at the same time.

Those were the days before Flight 800 went down and the torture began to blame me. Soon in 1997 in December I left NY, to leave what I hoped was a fresh start and moved to Boca Raton. That's one chapter. All the people I meet. The War in Bosnia and Kosovo. Then I found out I was a Kennedy. I had a blood brother and sister while living in Boca Raton for a few moths. I was so glad. Russian new Hyper Sonice Nucler Air Craft and why it against START by SIr Jeremiah Kennedy
You by doing this test of a Hypersonic missile buts Russia in the negative of the START Agreement. Granted The USA and China are also working on such technology. But it was Moscow we stated that the USA is backing out of START and you just proved me correct. Your build up of Military, your blatant disregard to International boarders, while Russia young leave your country to a dysfunctional Russia. Which is not good for anybody. I have been told you are worth more the 200 Billion dollars. I pry and hope you give that War money back to the Russian people. Regarding the START agreement, your new weapon or test of such weapon shows how Moscow spends there money. While casting out any appointed. We were friends with Italy Brusicolini. But now I see a side that is freighted only to keep power. Maybe it is time to find a replacement. Go to South of France give back 80% to Russia and bow out gracefully. USA lost Syrian War when Obama signed the "Iran Nuclear Dear" by Sir Jeremiah Kennedy
To the White House, We Lost the war in Syria when President Obama signed the "Iran Nuclear deal'. That was Tuesday on Friday Russia moved there Jets in 3 days later. It was thne you lost the war. Today Russia now has 2 air bases, and had expanded there naval port. The reason for the war. It was that day that on Tue that Obama celebrated. It was on that day The United States of America lost the War in Syria. That day. Today President Trump is correct. Russia not only has 2 new air bases, But the have made a there naval base stronger. Not to mention Russia has now made a deal with Turkey and Iran. President Trump is correct. Leave Syria and leave Afghanistan. He the President is making the right decision Bring back our men. 1. Don't go to war you can not win and 2. Don't stay in a war you can not win.

Moscow's new campaign to instigate a War in Ukraine and Syria by Sir Jeremiah Orion Kennedy
Thanksgiving Weekend A Syrian Chemical Attack & Moscow Decides To Block International Water Ways in Ukraine
This Post for the Guardian describes how Russia used a cargo ship under the new bridge in the strait in order to block the Ukraine vessels from entering through international waters. Once the Ukraine 2 vessels and a tugboat saw the blockade and were buzzed with military helicopters, they turned around in order not to provoke, the basically ran. It was then that the Russian Military ships rammed the ships and took over and captured Ukraine men and the ship. Killing one.
The rational that comes from Moscow was the Ukraine along with the help of the USA and Western countries did this provocation in order to establish Marshall Law in Ukraine to stop the Ukraine elections which is to take place in March 2019. 1. The idea of Ukraine Parliament voting for martial law only came after the incident and the Vessels and crew were taken. 2. The Ukraine elections are in March that is 5 months away, not weeks or a month. The Ukraine government had no other choice but to declare Marshall Law, when it's neighbor already took part of Eastern Ukraine and Crimea from it. Ukraine is felling threatened, that is what Marshall Law is for.

Why this weekend? And what were the signs. First it was a few weeks ago the Russia decided to tell it's people to prepare for War. A few days later China did the same thing. A few weeks ago Moscow came out with it's own intelligence saying that a chemical attack in Syria by the Western Coalition was imminent. This past weekend During Thanksgiving and Holiday sales November 24nd this is what happened. A chemical Attack happened in Syria against the people of Syria and the rebels were blamed.
Following the alleged attack, Russian warplanes attacked rebel-held areas in northern Syria for the first time in weeks on Sunday.The rebels, who deny carrying out any poison gas attacks, accused the government of trying to undermine a truce reached by Russia and Turkey in September.

So the weekend of November 24th, or Thanksgiving Weekend, when most of the country are traveling, cooking preparing a Thanksgiving meals. Some are even preparing for the Christmas and Holiday shopping though the special deals of Friday after Thanksgiving and Cyber Monday. So basically the American people are not thinking about International politics the War in Syria or other areas were American troops are based and fighting. A few weeks ago Russia tells it citizens to prepare for a War. Moscow has a pattern of using events such as the Olympics or other major events to strike. But why know? The reason in WW2 the Japanese went to war and the only reason was lack of oil. The Japanese had little and had no access to future oil. Today we have an oil market that did reach 75.00 a share but that took 2 years. The Russian economy is based on a 50 dollar a barrel of oil just to break even. So with oil over the past 2 years being very low combined with the fact that they are under sanctions and are fighting wars in Syria, Ukraine, supplying the Taliban with Intelligence and arms. This had added to the budget. Which is why we saw this Summer protests not only in major Russia cities but also in suburbs. As we also say in Iran. The people don't want to pay for these wars. From October 3rd 2018 to today November 27th the price has gone from 76.00 to 51.10 a barrel of oil. Remember that 50$ a barrel a few years ago was Moscow economic breaking point. This is was they are instigating War. They are stepping up the war in Syria and this Wednesday to Friday Russia, Iran and Turkey plan a new coalition meeting on Syria. What will come from that meeting only time will tell. The other front Moscow is now instigating is Ukraine. After taking Crimea away from Ukraine and then finishing a new bridge from Russia to Crimea just a few months ago, and under the stress of Oil prices and Sanctions. Moscow is now desperate as desperate as Japan was in World War Two.
So what are Moscow's intentions? Regarding Syria we already now that the entire war was started from a civil unrest to get rid of one Dictator a family inherited dictator. That was the Syrian people choice. But Moscow has a naval base the only warm water naval base right in the Mediterranean. During the protest Moscow decided to send helicopter under the disguise of "Humanitarian Reasons". So the Helicopters arrived along with Russian special forces. Then the Massacres started right in the streets of Damascus and in other regions of Syria were mass protests were accruing to protest the President of Syria during the regions movement of change. So Women, children and average citizens were slaughtered right in the streets some from helicopters, some from snipers even a young boy on a bicycle was run over by a tank. I am telling you this for perspective. Moscow needed that one naval base and a foot in Syria and the Middle east. From there after the Iran Deal was signed by President B. Obama on a Tuesday 3 days later Russia lands there most sophisticated fighter jets in Syria. Along with shelter for 2,000 troops. Since then that airfield has been expanded and a second air field is already done. So what started out as Civil unrest gave us "Little Russia" with not only a larger naval base but now to large military airfields. Like in WW2 and the USA having a base in Germany I don't believe Russia will ever leave. After Iran got there 80 billion dollars under the Iran "Nuclear Deal" Syria and Russia invited Iran into Syria. Tomorrow Russia, Iran and there new friend Turkey will have a 3 day meeting topic Syria. Turkey decided to join forces with Russia and Iran attend there meeting and find a cooperation.
My Intelligence is saying that Moscow what's the Syrian Oil and more. We already know that Turkey never agreed after WW2 of the boarders it now has and wants more, were the Kurds are and the oil. I am suggesting that a deal will be made that Russia, Iran and Turkey will go after the oil whether it be in Syria or Iraq. Turkey will get more land, and they all will get the oil. Iran will most likely take over Iraq and continue its fight for Yemen. Whether Russia goes into Yemen of helps so how is not that far fetched. There already for the past 2 years have been helping the Taliban in Afghanistan. That's why we saw an uptick in attack in Afghanistan. Two years ago the Taliban wrote a letter to the Citizens of the USA, which was not reported on the main news. We should had listened. But a few weeks before President Trump hired Kelley has his Chief of Staff. Trump did this to clean up his Oval office staff. The problem is the Kelley was for staying in Afghanistan. Even though he campaigned as President to leave Afghanistan. He says it took time to think it over and in the long run he was influenced to stay and fight in Afghanistan. Note at this time I already new the Moscow was funding the Taliban and giving them Intelligence and China was preparing to build a naval base in Pakistan. So to me it sounded like Vietnam all over again. USA fighting a war while a defector war was being played by Russia and China.
The above paragraph just describes the Syria problem. Now what will happen in Ukraine. Well for years now Russia decided to take Crimea from a sovereign country as well as splitting its people and dividing the Country and taking Western Ukraine or the part that boarders Russia. Again for "Humanitarian Reasons" they felt it necessary and make believe that it was a volunteer army that was going to save the Western Ukraine's from abuse stating that most spoke Russian. So what began with pro Russian rebels in Western Ukraine began to look more like Russian military. As if Ukraine was going to attack Western Ukraine there own country for no reason at all. So a few months ago the Bridge was built linking Russia to Crimea. This weekend Moscow decided to place a cargo ship under the bridge in an attempt to block, and International water access. When the Ukraine 2 vessels and a tug boat saw the blockade and the military helicopters buzz over there boats. They decided to do the right thing and ran or turned away. It was then that the Russian military boat rammed and fired upon the Ukraine boats, taking the boats and the crew. Killing one.
Now you might want to ask to what end and what is Moscow thinking. To tell you the truth I have no idea again at oil being 50$ a barrel and the sanctions placed seems that Moscow is acting like a rabid dog. Not only do there not care about there own country by silencing any opposition for election, but they seem to be inclined to cause mayhem, massacres etc. in other areas of the World. What there end game in Ukraine is any ones guess but I can tell you this they are not letting the United Nations, European Union and The United States of America Sanctions effect them at least in there actions. That and the price of oil is making Moscow into an "International pariah".

Some are even preparing for the Christmas and Holiday shopping though the special deals of Friday after Thanksgiving and Cyber Monday. So basically the American people are not thinking about International politics the War in Syria or other areas were American troops are based and fighting. A few weeks ago Russia tells it citizens to prepare for a War. Moscow has a pattern of using events such as the Olympics or other major events to strike. But why know? The reason in WW2 the Japanese went to war and the only reason was lack of oil. The Japanese had little and had no access to future oil. Today we have an oil market that did reach 75.00 a share but that took 2 years. The Russian economy is based on a 50 dollar a barrel of oil just to break even. So with oil over the past 2 years being very low combined with the fact that they are under sanctions and are fighting wars in Syria, Ukraine, supplying the Taliban with Intelligence and arms. This had added to the budget. Which is why we saw this Summer protests not only in major Russia cities but also in suburbs. As we also say in Iran. The people don't want to pay for these wars. From October 3rd 2018 to today November 27th the price has gone from 76.00 to 51.10 a barrel of oil. Remember that 50$ a barrel a few years ago was Moscow economic breaking point. This is was they are instigating War. They are stepping up the war in Syria and this Wednesday to Friday Russia, Iran and Turkey plan a new coalition meeting on Syria. What will come from that meeting only time will tell. The other front Moscow is now instigating is Ukraine. After taking Crimea away from Ukraine and then finishing a new bridge from Russia to Crimea just a few months ago, and under the stress of Oil prices and Sanctions. Moscow is now desperate as desperate as Japan was in World War Two.
So what are Moscow's intentions? Regarding Syria we already now that the entire war was started from a civil unrest to get rid of one Dictator a family inherited dictator. That was the Syrian people choice. But Moscow has a naval base the only warm water naval base right in the Mediterranean. During the protest Moscow decided to send helicopter under the disguise of "Humanitarian Reasons". So the Helicopters arrived along with Russian special forces. Then the Massacres started right in the streets of Damascus and in other regions of Syria were mass protests were accruing to protest the President of Syria during the regions movement of change. So Women, children and average citizens were slaughtered right in the streets some from helicopters, some from snipers even a young boy on a bicycle was run over by a tank. I am telling you this for perspective. Moscow needed that one naval base and a foot in Syria and the Middle east. From there after the Iran Deal was signed by President B. Obama on a Tuesday 3 days later Russia lands there most sophisticated fighter jets in Syria. Along with shelter for 2,000 troops. Since then that airfield has been expanded and a second air field is already done. So what started out as Civil unrest gave us "Little Russia" with not only a larger naval base but now to large military airfields. Like in WW2 and the USA having a base in Germany I don't believe Russia will ever leave. After Iran got there 80 billion dollars under the Iran "Nuclear Deal" Syria and Russia invited Iran into Syria. Tomorrow Russia, Iran and there new friend Turkey will have a 3 day meeting topic Syria. Turkey decided to join forces with Russia and Iran attend there meeting and find a cooperation.
My Intelligence is saying that Moscow what's the Syrian Oil and more. We already know that Turkey never agreed after WW2 of the boarders it now has and wants more, were the Kurds are and the oil. I am suggesting that a deal will be made that Russia, Iran and Turkey will go after the oil whether it be in Syria or Iraq. Turkey will get more land, and they all will get the oil. Iran will most likely take over Iraq and continue its fight for Yemen. Whether Russia goes into Yemen of helps so how is not that far fetched. There already for the past 2 years have been helping the Taliban in Afghanistan. That's why we saw an uptick in attack in Afghanistan. Two years ago the Taliban wrote a letter to the Citizens of the USA, which was not reported on the main news. We should had listened. But a few weeks before President Trump hired Kelley has his Chief of Staff. Trump did this to clean up his Oval office staff. The problem is the Kelley was for staying in Afghanistan. Even though he campaigned as President to leave Afghanistan. He says it took time to think it over and in the long run he was influenced to stay and fight in Afghanistan. Note at this time I already new the Moscow was funding the Taliban and giving them Intelligence and China was preparing to build a naval base in Pakistan. So to me it sounded like Vietnam all over again. USA fighting a war while a defector war was being played by Russia and China.
The above paragraph just describes the Syria problem. Now what will happen in Ukraine. Well for years now Russia decided to take Crimea from a sovereign country as well as splitting its people and dividing the Country and taking Western Ukraine or the part that boarders Russia. Again for "Humanitarian Reasons" they felt it necessary and make believe that it was a volunteer army that was going to save the Western Ukraine's from abuse stating that most spoke Russian. So what began with pro Russian rebels in Western Ukraine began to look more like Russian military. As if Ukraine was going to attack Western Ukraine there own country for no reason at all. So a few months ago the Bridge was built linking Russia to Crimea. This weekend Moscow decided to place a cargo ship under the bridge in an attempt to block, and International water access. When the Ukraine 2 vessels and a tug boat saw the blockade and the military helicopters buzz over there boats. They decided to do the right thing and ran or turned away. It was then that the Russian military boat rammed and fired upon the Ukraine boats, taking the boats and the crew. Killing one.
Now you might want to ask to what end and what is Moscow thinking. To tell you the truth I have no idea again at oil being 50$ a barrel and the sanctions placed seems that Moscow is acting like a rabid dog. Not only do there not care about there own country by silencing any opposition for election, but they seem to be inclined to cause mayhem, massacres etc. in other areas of the World. What there end game in Ukraine is any ones guess but I can tell you this they are not letting the United Nations, European Union and The United States of America Sanctions effect them at least in there actions. That and the price of oil is making Moscow into an "International pariah".

The Nuclear Arms Race in North Korea and Iran, by Sir Jeremiah Orion Kennedy
It was in 2003, when I moved from Boca Raton to Fort Lauderdale that I was told to keep a watchful eye on the Importance of Nuclear Arms being developed by both Iran. So I began my research on the daily news with a focus on Iran and North Korea race to create a nuclear bomb and a way to delivery the bomb. I followed the IAEA, The International Atomic Energy Agency. I followed what other World leaders and there Foreign Ministers where saying. Also following the Head of the EU, Supreme Leader and Think Tanks.
From day one it was very clear both countries would bend over backwards to create a nuclear bomb and were doing research on the missiles that would carry the bomb. In fact I have been following the North Korean quest since I came on board during the President Clinton Administration. Clinton tried but was doped by the former head of North Korea, Kim Jong-il who decided to pull out of the deal and lose Energy deals that where not Nuclear, and food for the people of Iran. Today his son as of 2018 has promised to South Korea, Tokyo, the United States, China and Russia that he would denuclearize his country of North Korea. Kim Jong Un, did to some moves to the general public looks as though he is sincere in his statement with President Trump and to the World. Here are the problems. 1. The nuclear site that he says he will and did destroy further was already destroyed after he last nuclear test on that site. Mind you doing the nuclear test already violated UN Sanctions and International law. The good news is that when he did the last nuclear test the underground facility caved in making it unusable in essence he already destroyed the site, even as he promised to destroy it as part of a deal. 2. Stopping Long Range missile test. That's because North Korea has already achieved the test and past. So why continue to test this form of rocket when it past. 3. There is another missile that they are still working on, but that is being kept quit.When I started watching North Korea they had no weapons then through lies and deceat and with the help of China and Russia by not being stronger on UN Sanctions today North Korea as over 24 nuclear weapons. So this changes North Korea and there place in the World. This Changes everything when it comes to North Korea. We can help them and bring them into the civilized world of no weapons of mass destruction. Or we can stand by and watch as the use there only form of income or commodity, making nuclear bombs and selling to other Countries or private armies.

While growing up, my father stressed the importance of a saying. "Your Word Must be Gold". I live by this principle. For and individual it shows character. For a World Leader of a country it shows outright disseat, and when dealing with a topic such as nuclear bombs makes it a very dangerous act.
Now lets move on to Iran. After watching from 2003, I say photos of the facility before and after they cleaned it up. I say pictures of a very large sphere which would be used to test the trigger of a nuclear bomb. This sphere had no other purpose. I heard from the Iran Administration that they were going to double even triple there nuclear sites. Then the Iran talks began. Some how the EU high commission with UK, Germany and Iran with the help of Russia and China decided to believe the IAEA based in Vienna and after months of talks decided to form an agreement the yes Iran was trying to develop a nuclear bomb but had stopped some years ago. I believe they thought it was 2007. Even though I still know that there is a secret facility under Tehran University. So the Iran Nuclear deal if you want to call it that really only called for the facilities to be moth balled. IAEA was still not allowed to question nuclear scientists nor visit there nuclear site on snap request or right away.
So the European High Commission decided to write a Nuclear deal. So how these countries thought it would be best, and had the blessing of Russian and China. It took some strong arming to get the United States Congress to go along but they did and the President at the time Barak Obama gladly signed the deal. Maybe for a positive for his presidency. To stop or a least delay by 10 years the fact the Iran wants and will probably have a nuclear bomb if they do not already have one. So it was a Tuesday and I say a picture in the Oval Office of President Obama celebrating with his staff the fact that Congress passed the deal and it was cleared and was Law. 3 days later Moscow flew there jets into Syria, along with special forces and enough equipment to house 2,000 troops. They also brought along anti missile defense system for the protection of there most advance Air Craft, fighter jets. Since that day Friday 3 days after Pres. Obama signed the Iran nuclear deal Iran gets 80 billion dollars the was frozen. Russia not only has expanded the Naval base the entire reason for the Syrian war, but has expanded the Air base and has created a second airbase. So it this point Russia is in Syria for not only the near future but for years to come. How the Syrian people will like this is beyond me to understand, after the symmetrically destroyed the entire country, Hospitals, Doctors and created a exodus and Holocaust. Since that Friday Russia has now invited in Iran, who has invited in Lebanon's Hezbollah. Which means we or the Syrian Country now has 3 armies: Russia, Iran and Hezbollah on one side. Plus the Coalition fight troops including the USA. A few months back President of Russia asks the IMF and the Western World to start and rebuild Syria. Only weeks after he had a region blocked and no one could get out, not to mention bringing in helicopters from day on of the Syria holocaust for "Humanitarian reasons" while the special forces slipped in and the massacre started during the Syrian Civil marches with women and children.
But I am digressing so back to the second topic of Iran quest for a nuclear bomb. It has come to the news which I and many others new that Iran did not stop in 2007 in trying to create a nuclear weapon and the mines to deliver it from using Long Range missiles. So know you all know what I have know for years, the Iran nuclear deal was a farce. That Iran was always striving for a nuclear weapon and a was to deliver it. I heard the lies and deception. I was completely amazed when I Hearded that the U.K. France and Germany and the Supreme leader of the European Union were going to go along with the Iran deal. Members of congress have more then one topic to follow in fact they are always handling many issues at the same time. I was only focused on the topic above. Iran and North Korea creating a nuclear bomb which my the way is one of the main reasons for global warming. You see the the United States of America decided to use a nuclear bomb in WW2, it created a hole over Japan. That is the hole in the atmosphere. See below pic. The hole has over the years shifted.
So the problem is not only having a nuclear weapon that could be target at a people or a city, but the use of the weapon will effect Mother Earth and move global warming into a path that is not to be rectified.
